It was pretty noisy but I could sleep because of my earplugs. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

The pension was very much in the centre and the staff was very nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this for a short stay! The only down side is the noise but I had my earplugs with me :-)

Loved that the pension was typical of Andalucia. The courtyard was lush and inviting. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Location perfect and value for money terrific.

The shower water temperature was a little inconsistent.

Simply furnished, clean and comfortable ground floor room with wash hand basin and use of shared bathroom, in hotel in very quiet location in Jerez old town. The room overlooked a garden courtyard with palms and other exotic plants, the effect of which was very pleasant. The host was very genial and welcoming and made helpful recommendations regarding restaurants, sights and other points of interest.

Staff are absolutely superb, very accommodating and friendly. The room was small but clean and comfortable - most importabtly quiet. I slept really well before the half marathon I was in Jerez to run.

We loved our week at Hotel San Andras - Jose made us so welcome from the moment we arrived - the room was a decent size and clean - towels were changed every day - location was perfect for strolling the town - many breakfast spots close by - a piece of authentic Spain. All things being equal, we expect to visit Jerez regularly as we now have family there and would definitely aim to stay at San Andras again if possible.

Air conditioning would have helped, even in October, as the room was rather stuffy. There was a fan which helped a little, but it just blew the hot air around. Communal tea and coffee and a fridge and microwave would be useful for guests, but there was nothing available.

Charming, traditional home near the centre of Jerez. José was very helpful and immediately mapped out the best things to see and where to eat in Jerez. l chose it for all the plants in the main hallway which gave it a very peaceful feel. The room was en suite, which for the price was a bargain.

The cleanliness, the calm, and the good communication spirit of the staff

The hotel is just a few steps from the city center, the staff were super kind and they provide me with a map of the city atrractions along with explaining ho to take advantages from my stay. I highly recommend it for passengers

Street parking was plentiful but could be tricky to find a space.

The check-in & check-out were a breeze, very friendly & helpful staff members, very clean room & bathroom, ample space for a couple like us, the beds & mattresses were comfy, air-conditioning worked brilliantly especially during the warm days we were there, balcony overlooking the quaint little residential area, love the period corridors and decorations, and especially the very green and cooling courtyard lobby, the lift was a plus. The location was in within walking distance to everything in town, and we felt absolutely safe in the area and in the entire town areas. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend it!
