Squeaky floors and doors. Door locks seem not quite reliable. Furniture is already worn-out. A hairdryer in the bathroom is much needed; ideally - a shared kitchen/kitchenette or a least a kettle and cups/glasses.

Excellent location close to the centre and the Old town, Guggenheim museum and river side. Very friendly and helpful staff. Early check-in was available. OK for a short-term stay.

The floors and doors in the apartment are creaky, so it may be challenging to avoid noise. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower could be improved.

The hostess is an incredibly kind and helpful person, eager to provide visitors with all necessary information about the city and answer all questions – including in English language. I was truly impressed by her kindness and hospitality! Our room was clean, comfortable, and filled with natural light. The shared bathrooms also gave us the impression of being well-kept, although the water pressure in the shower is quite poor. Upon check-in, you are provided with a card allowing you to enter and leave the facility at any time, which is very convenient given the bustling location with numerous restaurants and bars nearby.

My room was next to toilet and shower and so some guests would use in early hours, this is pot luck, some were more considerate than others when using facilities at this hour😉 I think we’ve all been there😂

The room was quite small and was no place to put our clothes. Bathroom was busy in the morning, I think 2 toilets for many rooms are definitely not enough. For 1-2 nights it's perfect though.

It was comfortably warm inside (and not too warm), comfy and clean bed, great location (easily reachable by public transportation) and for all these a very affordable price! The staff was really nice, we even got some recommendations to visit nearby.

TV didn’t work so well, turns out the aerial had come unplugged. Had to hold the shower head in one hand while in the shower as there wasn’t a holder.

No common area Not even smallest kitchen anywhere NOISE from outside bar. Unfortunately the windows give zero to none protection against the noise - hopefully It'll rain and the guest from bar across the street will go inside 😅

Hard to get to actual reception area. It is on the second floor in secured building. The intercom button has to be more clearly marked. No air conditioner in room, only a fan.

Excellent location, and a comfortable bed. There are more than enough toilets and showers, so do not let the 'shared bathroom' aspect scare you; it should be well possible not to have to wait. The shared bathrooms were spotlessly clean. All in all, a good solution if all you need is a basic room to stay in. Bilbao has such great options for everything else from breakfast to late night that I indeed just needed a place to sleep.

Is located in a little bit noisy street so if your room, like ours, has a window to the street, it can be difficult to sleep on the weekends but we managed just fine, the people at the bar wheren't making that much noise. Also, not all bathrooms have showers which can be an issue if a few guests wake up around the same time to shower, we had to wait for a bit.

Location is quite amazing, less than 5 minutes away from the train station. It has a tram station almost in front of the door and a metro station 5 minutes away walking. Is in the city center and you can visit Casco Viejo and the bigest tourist atractions walking from there. The receptionist was the nicest with us.

I didn’t see the kitchen, nor tea & coffee facilities. There is a bar across the street that makes a LOT of noises.

Just some minor matters. Main light in room was faulty and difficult to turn on. Reported to staff. Door to room was hard to open and close, so would have been noisy for other guests. Bathrooms are showing their age. The sheets on the bed are verging on the threadbare,especially the pattered top sheet. I know this is a one star establishment and don’t expect luxury but some improvements would maintain its reputation which it deserves.

Great location. Handy to the Metro, old town and other touristic sights. Short walk to Guggenheim. Very friendly and helpful staff, Miren and Veronica. The shared bathrooms were usually available when required. Towels and sheets could be changed on request. Opening window in the room. Lift to the first floor where the Pension is located.
