To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Check in swift, friendly professional staff and very helpful with information to get to sights and best way to do that. The room we had was very good huge bathroom, good sized room for two people plenty of storage in the room. Air conditioning. Yes there as some outside noise each morning from traffic but it’s a working city and to be expected to an extent. It did not effect our stay. The breakfast is very good lots of choice hot and cold and the staff at breakfast helpful and keep everything clean, tables cleared quickly and food topped up promptly. The 24 hour access to tea/coffee/water is such a good idea. The public areas always clean and tidy. Luggage storage on check out perfect. The location was perfect main sights within walking distance at the most 25 minutes, this was the longest walk to a sight we did. The Royal palace is the shortest walk we got there in around 10 minutes. However we are walkers and walk almost everywhere when we travel. The metro is very close by should you wish to use public transport which is inexpensive, reliable and super clean. We used the metro twice to travel further away to places we wanted to see. It was so easy to use and helpful staff in hand at the metro stations to assist. We would definitely return to this hotel when next in Madrid. Thank you to you all for a nice stay!
