No phone in room, so couldn’t contact hosts even though “emergency numbers” were posted around the hotel.

Very convenient for our needs. Excellent food. Lovely people. We use the hotel and restaurant frequently. Always good value and lovely welcome.

The people were really nice, but upon arrival there was only a (very sweet) lady who didn't speak one word english. Checking out there was another lady who did speak a few words of english.

Overall super good experience with the hotel. Breakfast was simple but good, with a lot of fruit. Beds were good (but an extra blanket is needed when it's colder) and rooms were spacious, as is the bathroom, which was very clean.

The restaurant was closed. Very hard to find. The details given do not suffice to locate it by GPS.

Huge room with bath. Parking space owned by the hotel.

The price for two dogs was expensive.

Super place. I travelled alone with 2 dogs and felt very at ease here. Nobody was staring at me and I was made to feel very welcome.

Nothing. The place is honestly really great. Maybe a little further out of the way than we perhaps might have liked but it is very easy to find so it isn't worth complaining about at all really. :)

The Staff at this hotel were absolutely excellent people. They run the place in an exceptional manner and are ALL very friendly and accommodating. One young girl in particular ran around at about midnight to make us a sandwich (which was excellent by the way) despite the kitchens being closed . The place is spotless clean and they all work VERY hard to keep the place that way . A wonderful hotel and a very good price too. ..Oh and the breakfast is truly superb and very plentiful and the morning coffee is Grade A 100% :)

There seemed to be a problem with staffing, it was not unusual to wait in excess of 5 minutes for anyone to appear this had an effect on breakfast when hot food was not replenished as quickly as it was consumed.

Good location, good facilities, nice pool and terrace. Quiet location in beautiful countryside near to secluded beaches. Really good breakfasts!

Couldn't find it when first I tried. It's set back 6 km off the main road.

Needs better roadsigns, but a bargain and a find. Palamino horses grazing in the next field, and a mountain view to die for. Full blown white tablecloth restaurant, excellent cuisine.. Got a bottle of water and a flute of Cava coming in the door. Get good directions; it's 6 km off main road, but heaven when you get there. Large pool. No elevator, as noted, but the manager, her arm bandaged and not a teenager, insisted on helping this strapping Boomer up the stairs with his bags. To sum up, then, they'll treat you like a king here. And trust me, I'm a CT Irishman who doesn't often gush, and is of two minds telling about this wonderful spot at all.

The hotel is located right by the park of nature Gola de Ter, it's a unique piece of the catalan coast, untouched for the last 100 years with wild beaches. It's a nice place to escape from the city and enjoy the nature.

It took a few miles and some time to find the place. It is appx 5 km beyond local town T de M and needs to be sign posted when turning left off main road.

Nice freshwater swimming pool, not too small and plenty of depth.

Do not stay in a room without a balcony. avoid room 105. Shower useless. Steps into swimming pool dangerous. Guests dogs in all areas particularly in breakfast room. Lamp over bed broken so hung over pillow. Owner aggressive attitude. Doors locked at night so one way out which is a fire hazard. Restaurant menu has not changed for many years. Had to request toilet rolls on two occasions.
