The food in the restaurant could have been better, wasn't the best

The drinks available on the all inclusive were the best I've ever experienced, you could basically have anything you wanted!

The reception staff is not relevant. I have to deal with them because they charge me more than i supposed to pay. They did not refund the difference to me

    The location is great

Some days the food was a little lackluster but always something to eat from the wide range of food.

Friendly staff and great amenities, clean rooms, clean hotel, value for money for a 3-star accommodation. something for the whole family from kids club, crazy golf, kids splash zone and indoor and outdoor pools and hot-tub. If you want the Ritz hotel spend the extra money and book it, if you want a great allrounder this is the one for you.

You do need to climb about 15 stairs from reception to the lift (reception will help carry your case). This was OK for me but may be a problem for older guests.

Very relaxing and enjoyable hotel to stay in. Great buffet offering for all meals. The facility to pour yourself a all-inclusive drink outside of the all-inclusive hours bar hours (beer, wine and soft drinks) Can go to the sister hotel literally 50m away to use the bar, beach and massage (but you pay for the bar and massage of course). The beach is lovely and sandy and the sea was warm.

Not disability friendly. Superior room too small especially toilets. Lift VERY old and didnt work properly nor did it get us down to reception.

The lifeguards worked really hard. They should be commended for their helpfulness and friendliness. The system they have of not being able to reserve sunbeds is excellent.

reception staff was helpful but the bar staff were not. hotel needs to be updated. rain was coming into the reception area and restaurant

we stayed for 3 nights which was good enough, wouldn't have liked to stay longer. walking distance to the beach, bus stop to Marbella and Ferungorlia close to the hotel mainly Spanish people only a few English weather was raining, the hotel was leaking! buckets and towels were out in reception and restaurant. wifi - you pay 6 euros for 24hours and it worked really well room - better to pay little extra for balcony rather than standard room. Food - was good, lots of choices
