unfortunately there were some clients that would return to their room at 5 am (in the morning) chatting loudly and woke me up!

The room was fresh and clean and the breakfast had a huge variety of foods that were served fresh every morning. The staff was very polite and helpful.

We had a room with a huge terrace and a lateral sea view form were we enjoyed the view. The hotel is near the beach, 1 min walk, a very beautiful beach with sand and it is near bus stations who takes you to the city or airport. The staff is very nice and friendly, especially the lady who works at the night shift, she gaves a lot of usefull information about the area. Near the hotel there are also a lot of places to eat and enjoy the view of the sea and promenade.

A young woman at the front desk, who seemed to love to say no - “no, you can’t have hot water for your own tea”, “no, you can’t check out after 11 am because we are full” (a lie).

Good breakfast. Nice manager (I think she was the owner/manager) who was willing to help and to accommodate late checkout - it was low season.

The walls are very thin and there is no fridge in the room.

Very good location, easy to reach by bus and it is only a few meters from the beach. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was tasty.

The breakfast doesn't change and they don't have many options. After the second day you just don't want to eat anything anymore. :-| The bathtub they offer on the ads is really small. I wouldn't even consider it a bathtub at all. You can only take a normal shower (stand up position) in there.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Good location for those who want to stay at the most agitated (night life, especially) area in Mallorca.

Quite noisy both from the street and the thin walls. Wifi very unstable (I needed to work remotely). Area very suited for young Germans, Dutch... who are very noisy and misbehaving so take that into account when travelling to this part of Mallorca.

An okay hotel located 2 minutes from the beach. Staff was really nice, the rooms sufficing, place to dry towels etc. on the balcony. Breakfast was okay enough with a variety to choose from.

I needed to work from the hotel and take some calls and though the staff was very helpful in trying to find me a room that meets the criteria of good stable wifi, I had issues and had to hotspot myself from my work phone. The facilities could be renovated and breakfast better and more varied, and I would like to suggest changing the shower curtains which were not very sanitary-looking to me. The walls were quite thin so I could hear neighbours from next door and above and the street is very loud at night which I heard even through earplugs.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful in every way possible and tried to help with all my requests, I cannot complain about much. The location of the hotel is I think convenient - 2 minutes from the beach and cafés, bars, restaurants that are though heavily tousirtic and not at all authentic in this area of Mallorca.

Noise. Bathroom small. But we only stayed two days then went on our route further up to the mountains.

Good breakfast. Comfy beds. Aircon. Helpful staff. Could improve by having a fridge and kettle in the room. Bathroom tiny and no extractor fan. Noisy in the morning due to the loud street cleaning machine.

The wifi connection is terrible. I could not log in on my laptop and phone at the same time, and had to log in again and again. If you plan on working from there, you might find it frustrating.

The staff was nice and helpful, good location by the beach and close to many restaurants. The hotel was clean.
