The indoor play area that is shown on the pictures doesn’t exist. We have a 15 months old and the sun was striking, so we booked pretty much thinking about that space. However, the playground area is really fun for kids, so we stayed outside when possible. Bring your own towel and get a sun chair early in the AM.

Staff is the best, super child friendly and always smiling! The pool area is the best thing for kids fun, toddlers were having the best time of their life’s.

People like to book sunbeds early in the morning at 7:00 o'clock. Showers were missing from pool and only one pool an quite lot of people.

Food and customer service excellent. Quiet place, no extra voices at nights, but every evening some nice entertainment and it ended at 23:00. Very nice hotel for families.

The water polo goes on far too long and takes up a lot of the pool. The ball hits folk trying to relax and everyone is getting boiled in the afternoon sun.

If it lacked anything, it was a bike lock up. However, we were allowed to keep the bikes in the rooms without any fuss.

The property is very poorly sound proofed. You will hear everything from neighbouring rooms. Children singing/crying. Guests leaving for early flights. You will hear them all. Toilet and shower are only separated from living space by a glass door so you again hear everything.

Staff were delightful and helpful. Always smiling. The food was excellent and varied. Secure cycle store was fine. Ideal location for a cycling holiday/training camp.

The toilets in the room were pretty odd with no closing door and feeling pretty open to the room.

The staff were super helpful, the onsite parking was really useful and the food was well above anything we've had from half board stays before.

Had to pay to use the safe in the room with a deposit and daily charge, never had to do that before. The pool was just a bit too cold. It was quite hot outside so the water would feel colder than it is, but even still it wasn't an enjoyable experience trying to get in and my feet felt numb. Once you were in for a good while it was ok just because you got used to it. With half board, we couldn't use the drink machines at dinner even though we were allowed at breakfast, which I just found odd. The beds weren't very comfortable and kept sliding about when you moved. I know some hotels like to push two single beds together to make a double, but they should at least be connected I feel.

The staff were amazing all around, reception were always helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff were always helpful and friendly. All the staff at dinner and breakfast were always helpful and friendly! The location of the hotel was great, only a 10-20 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms were cleaned daily and to a good standard. The pool was a really nice size with the different sections for all different types of guest. There were plenty of deck chairs available always. Breakfast and dinner were great with fresh food and plenty of choice and variety each day.

The pool - if there was just one more pool or the main pool was bigger this resort would be perfect. Saying that, by the end of the holiday we had swum all day every day and were completely happy. The kids pool with slides x 3 was perfect for my son who is six and I loved sitting in the water while he slid down. The pool bar - I felt that maybe a bit more could be done with the pool bar - it was a bit underwhelming just to look at - although the staff again were absolutely lovely and service was super fast. The location - being a 20-25 minute walk along the pine walk to the main port, and 34 - 37 degees it was too hot for us to walk especially my son. And taxis are very unreliable - there is a new app based approach on the island which everyone must use and we had to cancel dinner reservations because after an hour we were nowhere near the top of the list for a cab and we couldn't walk to the port in time. Saying that, there are other restaurants closer to the hotel, that I would try instead for some variety (about 10 mins walk).

When we first arrived we thought the resort was very pretty with lovely gardens and very clean. We were a bit dissappointed with the size of the main pool, and that there were only two other kids pools and that was it. We had previously stayed in larger resorts in cala d'or with 5+ pools and many restaurants to chose from and were wondering how to fill eight days in this smaller sized resort. Saying that, by the end of the trip, this resort and its staff had completely won us over. I felt more relaxed than I have in other places. No matter how many towels were put down in the morning to reserve sun loungers we always managed to find one or two and an umbrella. We always had a table to sit at to watch the evening show. The layout of the resort is lovely and everything is close and easy to get to within the resort. The food was better than we have had at other resorts but it was the kind, lovely, friendly staff that made our experience what it was in the end. It had almost a family atmosphere with guests greeting staff by their names in the morning and everyone generally having a lovely time. Dinner had different themes which were all good but bbq night and a night with seafood were highlights. There was also fun day entertainment such as pool bingo and inflatable slides which my son loved. Evening entertainment was what you would expect - but it was a nice fun space for the adults to relax with a drink, the kids to dance at disco etc Our room was lovely and there was a double pull out bed in the living room as well as a double in the bedroom. The aircon worked well and we had a ground floor with a little garden and day bed which was a lovely touch and nice to relax outside in the evenings before dinner. My partner and son are now demanding we go back to this resort next year! They don't want to go anywhere else. Location wise, I was very happy to be at the quiet end of the pine walk, and did a morning walk along the bay every morning which was lovely.

Very loud at night…… although not necessarily the hotels fault and it could have just been the block we were in but from around 9pm-12am I’m assuming where people were coming back from their evenings out we could hear everything from doors slamming to the wardrobe doors opening and closing not ideal with a sleeping baby. The buffet although they would do themed nights every night could have had a bit more selection after 3 meals a day 7 nights a week it got a bit samey.

The rooms, hotel and pool area were kept extremely clean we stayed for a week and our room was cleaned every day. The staff especially in the restaurant were so lovely and really took to our 8 month old always giving her attention when we were welcomed and whilst she was sat at the table which she loved! The location is at the end of pine walk we did this walk every day down to the marina which was lovely especially as the weather wasn’t on our side for the week so we didn’t have as many pool days. The entertainment staff were also very good with the older kids as our daughter is still very young we didn’t get to see the evening entertainment but my husband and I would make runs to bar and from what we could see everyone was having a great time.
