Breakfast was great. Perfect location next to beach.

Mattress was pretty firm and no tea or coffee machine in the room would be a nice touch to have as most hotels have this now.

Hotel was great with a great location and very modern room, indoor pool was great as it was a colder time of year the food was fantastic and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Wifi was weak. Rooms were okay. I thought there would be a table inside where I could sit and do some work in between. Although there was a table but no chair along with it, so it was useless.

Nice location. It was big property and had good facilities.

Mini bar was empty dispute having a menu, main pool was dirty, food at breakfast was poor and I had to eat breakfast while staff set up for lunch dragging chairs around etc

Room was bright and spacious

Beds very hard and uncomfortable, and front facing sea view room , you can hear traffic and people going home after been out.. also no umbrellas on rooftop, which is a down fall.

The beds were not very comfortable.

The staff were fabulous, the hotel was clean and such a lovely atmosphere around. The facilities were fantastic.

Distance between lift and bedroom. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. A little noisy.

We arrived at 2.30am and the night porter was excellent. Fast, efficient check in just what was needed after delayed flight and very late arrival. Breakfast was lovely. Great selection.

Ventilation wasn’t working in the room, ventilation shafts were quiet dirty. Doors close loudly. Outside can get quiet noisy

The location is perfect, great breakfast, comfortable beds. Friendly staff

The water in the swimming pool was too cold, for the price that you pay could it be possible to heat a bit the water. The door in the room was not very well isolated so when people passed by the corridor you could hear them. The drinks at the bar were more expensive than any other bar in the neighborhood.

The room was tired, old and not that nice. There were unknown stains on the chair that were covered by a pillow case. The same on the seat for the dressing table, but that didn't even have a pillow case. Bedding was old and pillow case had hole in it. The shower needed the silicone replacing and leaked. The toilet was jammed into a space too small between the sink and shower. You could not reach the toilet paper as directly behind you due to lack of space.

Reception, dining and lounge areas were all very nice, as we're all the staff. Lady cleaning room was very pleasant and did what she could.

In the description it is mentioned that there is a gym. However, the "gym" is a small room with one bike, one treadmill and one multi- function training- tool.

The staff was super nice and polite. The small pool on the roof is nice and offers a great view of the beach. Unfortunately in all the canopy beds the curtains were missing. So there was nothing to provide some shade. Breakfast- Buffet offered all the basic ingredients you need (omlette, pnacakes, waffles, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, etc.) Dinner- Buffet was okay. The food was good but nothing special was served.

Had two single beds pushed together when we asked for a double. Also, one of the legs was broken The room was at the side, so the view was not great. We would have loved to look down at the beautiful pool. The noise from the trucks woke us up every morning about 06.00 Thought reception area furniture was fabulous, but our room had chipped furniture

The staff were fabulous they couldn't do enough for us. The location was great absolutely fantastic. the facilities were very good the pools were stunning. Really nice hotel reception area. It's a fabulous roof bar amazing

There were some maintenance and cleanliness issues, shower getting blocked, balcony door not locking.

The room was in the older part of the hotel. Far from any working staff, could be noisy at nighttime. Not enough sun loungers beside the pool

Nice property in a good location. The part of the hotel were we were staying was old. Pool areas were lovely. Roof top pool has a great view of the sea
