Very noisy at all times, be it housekeeping early in the morning or anybody chatting in the neighbouring rooms or on the balconies. Absolutely no soundproofing so you can't sleep at all. Given that there are no commodities in the room such as coffee/tea maker, no fridge, no proper TV channels, basically the whole purpose of the room is to sleep in, and this unfortunately is impossible.

Comfy beds, nicely decorated room, staff at reception lovely, private entrance, very nice bathroom as well.

Beds are very firm and a little uncomfortable if you don’t like really firm hospital like beds. Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbor and everything going on in the hallway.

Location was great. Wifi was good. Nice pool area. Staff was friendly. The staff were on top of folks who played late night music too loud. Which was very much appreciated.

The hotel was very loud, from the guests to the staff. One night, the music was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. There were hairs in the bathroom that weren't mine. In general, it is not very clean.

For going out to the main party spots, the location is excellent. Simple hotel. Simple room. It's not over promising.

Beach towel lending service. I liked that it was possible to borrow a towel, but a 20€ cash deposit per single towel is a bit much and the process felt needlessly complicated especially when borrowing multiple.

Service was great, mostly uncomplicated. Simple but delicious and fair-priced breakfast with friendly staff.

The pillow is not comfortable. I didn’t like that there were stains on the towels, i think they were clean But they were all very stained. There were stains on the floor also and on the walls! You have No slippers, No mini fridge. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything, the footsteps, the talking of others in the room. So better Take a room that is at the highest floor.

It is so close to many atractions, clubs, restaurant, supermarket, close to bus station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very big and comfortable. The pool and garden are nice! The bathroom is beautiful! You have AC, shower gel, soap, tv, balcony.

It was fairly noisy (other guests in the hallways and stairs) so I wore ear plugs to sleep - suspect this would happen everywhere in Ibiza though so not specific to this hotel. There was a red flashing light on the roof that I could still see flashing through my closed eyelids though, that drove me nuts I had to sleep with a pillow over my head to block out the flashing as I didn't have an eye mask. No lift.

Great location and facilities (walking distance to the main strip, ushuaia, hi ibiza). Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here, and I would stay again myself (with earplugs and an eye mask handy for sleeping).

I was charged by Libra hotels as a no show for another booking that I did not make. I took a week to resolve which totally spoilt my first week and overshadowed the whole stay. It also meant that as the money had been taken from my account that I had limited funds to explore the island and do the things I had planned. David, the assistant manager offered me a complimentary breakfast for the remainder of my stay once resolved, however at 9 Euros each it was more a gesture of goodwill than anything meaningful, especially given that half my holiday had been spoilt. I had flown from South Africa at great expense only to have the majority of the stay ruined.

Marco at reception was great, helpful professional and friendly. Also David from the cafe and the older lady who works in the restaurant at breakfast time. Some of the females on reception were a little frosty and not very welcoming. I liked that it was adults only, the pool was also rarely crowded and there were always sunbeams available.

The Property was in a great location, and it had the facilities needed for a short trip. The room we were in had great air con which we were very grateful for. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t have done enough to make us feel welcome.
