Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomCould use a bigger bar area as only bar got very full and crowded at nights. The shower in our room was very low power and always soaked the floor as shower curtain not very good. Food and drinks included in the all inclusive was quite limited and got repetitive after a week.
Property was big and good pool area. Unfortunately it was extremely windy whilst we were there so we were unable to make full use of the pool which was a shame. The dining hall was very big with plenty of seats and good selection of salads and meats and cheeses every day. Good range of activities throughout the day. Played Archery and Shooting with Tina who was great! Really made our stay :)

LithuaniaI do not understood the hotel politic and was so disapointed. We stayed hear for five nights. And all the night , starting at the 22-23 o'clock in the hotel started to do reconstructions works. Sounds did not let us to speel at nights. Some loud knocking sounds all the night. But the most worst sound was drills sound. lets imaginate, you sleep in the night and in 3 o'clock at night starts very loud drill sound. And I am sure these sound were from the hotel.
The hotel looks beautiful and nice., The pool was very nica also. Thee food was good.

United KingdomWe did not like the food. It was really disappointing. Even though we were warned, when we first arrived we still did not expect how bad it would be. The choice was limited to two isles which included salad, desserts, pasta and condiments. Each night there would be either two or three proteins served, such as pork, fish and aubergine. The food was also inconsistent so some nights it would be a slightly better quality then others the chips would be undercooked and soggy, the pizza moist and the salad looking like it had been hour for days. The only other qualm I had was that the pool was not heated, I know this is the case in a lot of places however considering this is a 4* hotel and the pool was brilliant, with slides and perches and a jacuzzi - which was also not heated - they were not getting utilized as they were simply too cold to bear.
Ok so to start with we never had high expectations as we got 5 days all inclusive including flights for £468 - we had read some negative reviews and were prepared for the worst however the hotel was very pleasant, staff on reception were polite, bar staff were friendly and the entertainers were nice enough although as it was out of season they were short of willing participants. The rooms were very surprising. While basic we really liked the decor as it was very warm, lots of wood and neutral colours, a mini fridge and mirrors on almost every wall which we loved.

United KingdomThe food is not great but to be fair this is reflected int he pricing - it was perfectly fine for our requirements. The towels were a little on the small side for us as larger people but were lovely and clean.
Good value - basic catering but price reflected this - ideal base for a short break. We had a very large clean family room. The staff were nice - it was easy to walk into the town and stop at places on the way. The coffee was okay and there was always lots of fresh fruit and nice bread with really nice butter.

SloveniaIn our room in the bathroom were little bugs. Air conditioning didn’t work. For the fitness is a bit dumb system because you have to reserve the fitness one day ahead. Our cards for the room didn’t work sometimes and they said you can’t have them behind your phone. The pool is not heated it’s very cold. The beach is not that close and even if you go to the beach it’s not really for swimming.
The rooms where big and the beds too. The fitnes was big.

United KingdomThe complex is on a half board, full board or all inclusive basis. The big problem with this, is that most tourists want to sit around the pool getting their money's worth. At 10:00hrs every morning the staff unchain the sunbeds and there is a stampede to get the best spots. Contrary to popular mythology, the sunbed culprits were definitely British. There are a few pools onsite and they were all empty because.... the water was cold.
Overall quite good but starting to get a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Room was good, slightly on the compact side but good all the same. The beds were just a touch uncomfortable as the mattress was well used with the springs creaking and groaning every time you rolled over. There was a crack in the bathroom sink, not a big thing but something that needs to be addressed. Restaurant was good but after a week it did become a touch repetitive.

United KingdomDecor little bit outdated in the bedrooms and corridors, beds need new mattresses. Not an ideal place for Vegan if going all inclusive. More in-depth food labelling required for vegetarians and Vegans.

United KingdomThere was not a great choice for dinner. Lots of pork, which I don't eat. Not much for vegetarians. Pasta or chips. Nice salad and bread if you like sandwiches.
It was clean and tidy. Nice staff. Rooms were nice, a bit dated, but not an issue. The games during the day were good fun. Archery was my favourite. It was an easygoing, relaxed few days.
