Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is odd, in an industrial area but once you are inside the hotel the gardens and pool are really lovely. For us, this wasn't a problem at all.
We used this hotel as a stop off on our way to Seville and chose it for its location to the airport and its lovely grounds. It was absolutely perfect for our needs with a good restaurant attached and a lovely breakfast.

It worked for us and we would use again but location unusual (industrial estate).
Great service. Happily stored bike boxes for 1 week whilst bike packed. Really easy.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms were so clean! The breakfast was lovely and food in the restaurant was delicious. Easy access to Malaga town but it was nice to be outside in a quiet location. We will be coming back

The hotel is not very near the airport but is in the middle of the industrial polygon. It is costly to get from the airport to the hotel by taxi.

Breakfast was very good but a suggestion that food should be labelled what they are as a few things customers would have to ask if they didn't recognise what it was and what was in the food.
Hotel was good, the location didn't have any restaurants or shops within walking or 5 minute drive near by other than the restaurant next door which was good as we used it first night stay.

I had just been discharged from hospital and the staff where fantastic Pedro in particular. The accommodation was excellent and the staff helped me and also assisted me with hospital paperwork. I found the hotels atmosphere to be very relaxing and peaceful and would very much like to return.

The location was not near Malaga city center so it is necessary to have your own car or use a taxi service to be there.
I like the Castle style of building that it is used in this hotel, and it has a restaurant and a small swimming pool ideal for a sunny day.

It was exceptionally clean. I was surprised to find such a lovely hotel close to the airport. The interior fitted very well to the castle-like exterior. Nice garden that makes you immediately feel like on holiday. Breakfast selection was good. Great risotto for dinner in restaurant.

Breakfast ok but the hot food was quite cold and scrambled eggs very dry Tried 2 different times - early and late but the same both times . Tried to ask for fresh but could get the waitrsss to understand

A great place to stay for the airport. £15 by uber. Lovely friendly amenable staff. Very clean large room with comfy beds. Amazing garden area we didn't have time to use. Location around the back of commercial area but fine.

It is essentially a venue hotel on an industrial estate near the airport, a faux castle, a huge soulless dining hall, some awful ‘medieval’ paintings all over the foyer, and an unnecessary synthetic air freshener pervades the foyer but thankfully not the rooms. The rooms were fine, soundproofed against the overhead planes. Lots of hot water, good heating, a kettle, tea and coffee, always a bonus! The thing I hate is waterproof mattress covers which are clammy and horrible. Top sheets cotton, inner sheets polyester. All in all can recommend as an airport hotel as it has a nice courtyard garden too, not just motorway situation.
Only chose it as close to airport and we parked free outside. Staff really helpful and to our surprise the terrible dining hall had an amazing selection of aged steaks in the fridge, really excellent. It has a pool but it was too cold to even visit it.

tea/coffee etc wasnt replenished in room. We didn’t enjoy the buffet breakfast from the hotel, and much preferred breakfast from the adjoining restaurant (fresh coffee, fresh orange juice and croissant mixto!)

The inside of the hotel resembled a castle and the decor etc was amazing rooms were spacious and gardens and pool were great food in adjoining restaurant was excellent Convenient for the airport - 15 min drive for us in monday morning peak traffic

Bed was a bit too soft/ had a bump which made sleep less restful. Staff was kind and helpful, but could work on their English a bit. Note: the public transport was alright, but there was no safe way to cross the busy road when we returned. (the stop when returning to the hotel was across the road).
Wonderful room and hotel, service was good. We enjoyed the gardens and the pool area a lot.
