The stay was perfect:large modern and clean room.Restaurant breakfast good, nice swimming pool, bar ok...Clm and very good noise free, the planes are flying overhead but you don't hear them...Parking was free in the garage

We were adviced that bus R10 stops at the hotel, but it was R11. Staff was friendly and compensated this for us. Thanks :)

Location was great, near airport. Stuff was very friendly. We got a good night sleep before early flight. Would be happy to book this hotel again.

Good location for Alicante airport and bus into Elche. Very nice staff and good food/drink. Pool area is very nice and clean. Good selection of food for evening buffet and breakfast.

The only thing which wasn't a huge problem was the liquid soap bottle in the bathroom was empty. Being older group we found the showers quite slippery, especially on the bottom sides.

The convenience as a 1 night stop before travelling further south in Spain. He had carparking facilities for our hire van.

We are very satisfied with the hotel service - very clean, wonderful service staff, the food is simply divine - very varied and every bite is enjoyable. Good bus connections to the airport and Elche - only 1.35 per person. I definitely recommend staying there!

Bit in the middle of nowhere but we were just staying for one night after late flight so we just used Ubers

The location was great for the wedding venue and travelling to airport but not sure I would choose for a holiday location unless willing to travel

My room was on the ground floor where I had to hold my languages but during check out the receptionist was very helpful

The stuff were very helpful and kind My flight was at 10pm where I had to leave my room at 12am we stayed in the pool until 4pm we had our lunch from outside the hotel the delivery bought our food next to the door we had the access to the gym bathroom and changing rooms than we took the bus to the airport it was a great experience

The eggs in the morning were cooked but very cold, it was a bit strange.

Clean, comfortable, food was nice, quite a range of food to choose from. Parking to the side of the hotel is free and plenty of it. We stayed over a weekend and it was very quiet

Lovely hotel, great staff. We had to leave at 3am due to an early flight, we were offered tea, coffee, orange juice before we left the hotel. There are 2 no.of 7.2Kw Iberdrola chargers in the front for EVs.

Everything was perfect, thank you so much.

The staff was absolutely friendly and caring. I travelled with a disable child, and they treated by son with so much caring, was just amazing. The room was big and had everything. The biggest surprise was how good the restaurant was!!! We had lunch and also the buffet on dinner, and the staff helped me to accomodate my child specific needs that includes food selectivity. The food was amazing, we coundt be happier with our stay.
