An amazing friendly and welcoming team... Beautiful place for watching sunsets on the roof after 8pm in the summertime... Restaurant food not bad considering where it is...

No nearby restaurants. The hotel restaurant only served pizza.

Nice hotel, but a bit remote. You definitely need your own transport to reach it, and to move around. You can drive to a nice beach in 15 minutes!

Very spacious , clean, and modern. Good AC and Wifi. King room with desk was a good value. Terrific rooftop terrace to relax with a drink or meal. Nice breakfast included. Definitely a good value and worth the drive to/from area attractions.

The breakfast croissants were not nice, but there was a good basic spread of food otherwise.

The staff were great, even though we didn't speak much Spanish. Rooms comfortable. Only 20 min to Cartagena. Some good restaurants nearby, but the hotel burger also great. The terrace is wonderful for late afternoon drinks and burgers.

I thought the rooftop restaurant didn't have as much choice as last year especially for vegetarian s.also NO cocktails was a shame

The memory foam mattress was prone to sinking, creating a dip in the bed.

Good location in the town, easy to find. Convenient parking outside the hotel in a side street. Lovely welcome from the friendly staff. Nice clean modern hotel, good sized room and bathroom, everything worked well. Breakfast was good and served by friendly staff. Great value for money.

The location is very special, in a little old mining town. The hotel is simple, but beautifully situated with great views in the front and the back from the roof terrace. The owner and every single member of the staff are very friendly and helpful. When you ever are in the neightbourhood of Cartagena and you need a hotel to stay, go here. The hotel itself, the staff and the surroundings will not disappoint you.

Unfortunately we were there in the middle of May (out of season i guess) and they offered only a few different pizzas. The facility is a little bit outdated but every remark is acceptable and in any case it is not a pain to die for.

There is a free public parking just next to the hotel, the staff is very, very polite and friendly, the place is quiet and peaceful, the supermarket is just in front of the hotel, there is an Italian restaurant in the hotel with satisfying breakfast in the morning.

The rooms were quite spartan, but the beautiful roof terrace is an excellent place to relax.

Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 5 nights as we were in the process of acquiring a house in Portman and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the lovely staff, and Carmen in particular.

The area is odd as an old mining place, over many centuries, but great place to travel out from.

Sound isollation is not very good.

The stuff is very kind and ready to help with anything you need. Ready to provide you all information you need. The place is very quiet and calm. The hotel is new and comfortable. Breakfast was good and beds very comfy. The hotel has a nice terrace on top.

Lovely man on reception made us very welcome and a bonus for us was that he spoke English. We spent the evening sitting on the roof area which was lovely. Breakfast next morning was served by two very friendly ladies and once again we were lucky as one spoke English
