It would have been helpful to have a handrail to help get in and out of the shower and the shower could have had a more non slip surface.

It was very well situated. The staff were excellent and couldn’t have done more to help. The bed was super comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud!

Rooms were small but I knew we were not planning extended time in them. Having courtyard available helps reduce this becoming problematic.

This hotel was conveniently located. Easy to walk or take subway to favorite locations around Barcelona. Staff was very accommodating preparing our room for an early check-in. A cup of coffee and lovely courtyard were provided while we waited. Staff also ensured an early morning taxi was arranged for an early morning airport run.

Rambla at night doesnt feel super safe

The building is stunning inside and outside. Fantastic terrasse and bow-windowed common room. Coffee and croissants in the morning allowed us to have a quick breakfast before visiting the city

No consistent water pressure. One day the hot water wasn’t working properly to shower. We went down to reception to let them know. They told us they would send someone to our room to check water, but no one ever came up.

The location was everything. Very comfortable bed and room. We loved the free croissants and coffee all day.

Because the rooms were made after the fact, there is little to no soundproofing and the family next door with the crying baby felt like they were in the room with us. Also with someone just coughing. I am sure they were bummed with my husband's snoring as well. Nothing to complain to the staff about, we just used earplugs.

The location of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff were outstanding. The common areas were welcoming and the coffee and croissants were great. The building is historic, and has so much character. We thought that it was very good for our needs.

Not much, just worth mentioning that rooms and some common areas would need a bit of renovation in my opinion (like floors, bathroom tiles etc.).

Nice and friendly staff, good location, safe area, beautiful and historical building. Also, the rooms were cleaned everyday. Lastly, although the room did not include breakfast, they provide tea/coffee and croissants in the morning :)

The A/C didn't work well for us, we just opened the windows during sleep. The door of bathroom cannot be closed tight, there is no handle we can pull them tight close. But it was not a big issue for use though.

Great location to walk to Casa Mila, Casa Batllo, and metro bus. Easy access delicious tapas places dowmstair. The warm and tasty croissan were served on breakfast in the moring. Bed is soft and nice.

The only downside was that there was always a lot of noise in the hallway in the morning from the maintenance staff. Even though there was a sign on our door that we were sleeping, there was still a lot of noise with banging doors and cupboards, walkie-talkies... While I think that could have been a bit quieter.

The hotel is very authentic and beautifully decorated. The first floor has a large living room where you can drink tea or coffee and there is a beautiful terrace outside with plenty of space to sit. The staff is very friendly and you have the option to leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
