The walls are paper-thin and I had to knock on the wall once at 2am in order to let the guy next door to know that he should turn down the volume on his TV. The hotel should either get TVs with fixed max volume or refurbish the place to achieve better insulation.

Very clean and in a great central location, worth the price.

We don’t eat breakfast at the hotels we stay at, because we don’t eat Bread, Pork or Seafood, except Salmon, Cod and Tuna. An a la carte menu from which to order would be nice

    Location is great!!

luck of loyalty towards a client

I phoned the hotel, prior to my arrival, and they didn't tell that there is no any parking at the sight. There is public parking near by, and there isn't car approach to the hotel's entrance and they didn't tell me that too. If I knew that , I wouldn't reserve this hotel.

Bad building insulation. You can hear ur neighbors taking a bath at midnight . No cameras on hallways to monitor late night hall parties. People were « partying » on hallways during the night ! (Happened for one night )

Location within walking distance to main centers . Downtown prime location . Kind staff . Comfortable beds and clean room . Calm location .

Very pleasant and helpful staff, and the hotel is in the centre of a lot of culture and history, with the Basilica and Cathedral nearby, the excellent Tourism Office is just around the corner, and the hotel is attached to a restaurant which has an excellent lunch at a very reasonable price.

Great value, no frills & central location for a stop over in Zaragoza old town. Large room, good shower, air con, friendly staff...a chain...but fine. Do walk across the old bridge to look back at the Basilica and visit El Tubo for tapas & beer / wine, including the specialist mushroom bar. If you are there on a Thursday, also wander over to the lesser frequented Magdalena district where they do tapa & cerveza for 2 euros, including El Museu de Tortilla. Bit of a trek from the main train station - bit you don't want to stay there!

The area, close to San Sebastián true but to hard to drive to nothing is around, Resturants or super market.

It's in a deserted area, very hard to drive to at night. Old house. For one night it's ok but for a couple or more I don't recommend.

The breakfast was very poor in quality, selection, availability, freshness, tables uncleared during breakfast time.

The bed was a queen but the blanket was a double!

Taxis (from Delicias) will not find easy access to those dire streets. The shaky elevator raised my blood pump.

The hotel is located in front of mesmerizing Basilica del Pillar, besides the Roman Forum and the historical market, a few meters away from shops, restaurants and touristic facilities. The most lovely old square in the world. I took a walk from the hotel to Zaragoza Delicias train/bus station. Across the majestic Ebro river, we have a different Zaragoza, one that will not be featured in touristic guides. Beautifully located and very comfortable hotel, one can jump from dream to sleep. As I left, I wonder if I could remain a few more days...

Bed was a bit hard. Shower was over-complex and you had to fill the bath using the shower.

Location, location, location. 30 seconds from the centre of Plaza del Pilar. Very good value for the location.

Beds were a bit on the hard side, but if you like a super firm bed then there's no problem.

Easy to find, clean and great water shower pressure. Right in the city centre.

Our GPS didn't realize that the hotel is on a pedestrian street! You must park in the lot under the cathedral square and walk across the plaza to the hotel. It's easy, not a big deal, but it wasn't obvious at first!

The location, one block from the cathedral plaza, was excellent.

Expensive, not varied breakfast. Should be eaten elsewhere (cheaper and tastier)

Localization! Wonderful -you are in the centre, just besides the cathedral, and still it's a very quiet place.

Difficult to find as not accessible by car (the local police took pity on us and showed us the way!) but underground car parking very close. Also very noisy at night - I think every late night reveller came past the hotel on their way home!!

Right in the heart of the old town 200 yards from the most beautiful cathedral which is set in a plaza surrounded by lovely old buildings and another church. The hotel is opposite an arcade crammed with bars and restaurants and is very atmospheric.
