The room was not quite as nice as in pictures. It felt a bit damp and closets were musty.

The hotel property is beautiful. The restaurants have a nice variety of foods.

Minor points: - room service sprays some obnoxious stuff all over the room, presumably insecticides - limited choice of restaurants within walking distance -Check-in was bit slow due to a group coming in and only one staff to deal with it

Really nice to be in a hotel where the rooms are actually apartments. Very nice, calm (begin May) and large pool area. Very good restaurants on site. Beautiful beach

Rooms are clean and tidy, beds comfortable, probably could of had more staff on reception when trying to order a taxi we wait ages and then ended up walking to the taxi rank half a mile away. Had a ripped duvet cover and when I requested a new one they said they could deliver one to the room but no one to change it. No towels at the pool you had to go to reception, also there wasn't a safe in the room but could rent a deposit box which was inconvenient. Liked the location to start of Mallorca 312 and this would be ideal for a family break.

Outdoor pools are very cold for an October visit. There was sometimes quite a strong smell of drains near our room.

Nice facilities and well designed for a big hotel. A short walk to the beautiful beach nearby.

Free Wi-Fi all over the hotel, but our room which was in the top-floor and furthest away from the lobby, did not have useable connection in the living room or bedroom. Dropped out all the time, whether we tried iPads or iPhones. We had also wished that at least one outdoor pool could have been heated. It had been clouded/rainy for a few days when we arrived, so the poolwater were really cold the 3 first days. But this may cost to much on a mostly sunny Island.

Friendly smiling and helpful staff, on all Levels :) Professionals! Nice clean facilities. Nice outdoor swimingpool, and 2 billiard (pool tables) and 2 Ping Pong tables. Good breakfast buffet (did not get the chance to try dinner there, but it looked good). Great location in Muro. You are on the shopping/restaurant strip just by stepping out of the hotel and walk a few meters. They even included a shortcut leading from the middle of the hotel and straight out to the shopping/restaurant street by using your roomkey. Small city though, and the small supermarkets and stores mostly have the same merchandises and prices. To get to the strand, we just had to cross the street and walk about 100 meters.

Be prepared this area is next to a Nature Reserve area and is therefore full of things that bite - take the insect repellant and use it all the time. So many bites now - very uncomfortable. As a couple we enjoyed it but wanted to get away from all the young children and noise around the pool area. Plenty of activities for them - table tennis, froggy club, mini golf, play areas etc. Did not eat at Prinsotel as breakfast is €20 per person. English breakfast just down the road at cafe for €7.50, better value even if not the variety of a buffet. We were disappointed with the health suite as it appeared dark and unwelcoming, also the massage area was not very relaxing being near the indoor pool which was also full of screaming, jumping in, over excited, tired children. Like most of these tourist places the nearby streets are lined with tacky souvenir shops all selling the same sort of stuff. Don't go for the shopping unless you are prepared to visit Palma itself.

General feel of Prinsotel was that it is a secure and safe area, the grounds and landscaping are lovely. The pools were not heated and felt very cold. Would recommend this place to families particularly. Down the road and cross over the roundabout and the busy main road to get to the beach which was gently shelving with sand and a coastguard in the area. Also very busy. Would recommend early morning swim before sun gets too hot. Highly recommend Nofrills day tour €65 to see the real Majorca not just the tourist traps. Also went to S'Ilot Bay which is lovely.

Excellent facilities, great pool (child friendly), great welcome. All in all a really good place, which caters very well to both children and their parents. Definitely a family place. The beach is great, but i was less impressed by the area in general. However, it is very close to the old town of Alcudia, which is great for traditional restaurants and a more authentic Spanish feel.

Facilities and rooms are better than what is depicted in the pictures.

Great location...2 min walk to beach and a lovely strip of great restaurants and shops. Excellent entertainment team / activities. Very kid-friendly without compromising an adult ambience.

We could not use sun lounger as people had put towels on them. Ended up on grass most days looking at empty loungers with towels on then but no people using them. Think the hotel should encourage guests not to reserve them while not using them. Other than that there was no fault at all to our stay.

Drinks on arrival and well informed information about the hotel and facilities

Mosquitos! Booking error! Somewhere between booking.com and the hotel our kids got lost in the www. But the hotel managed to solve the problem (pre-saison luck?) The animation programm for kids aged 6 - 14 is very poor. Dancing with the frog??? Or "Tree top" on a 2m high playground thing under scure guidance? Sounds like it was designed for much smaller ones. But the kids liked the water polo. Our son complained that he could not reach the washing basin in the room which was quite high and there was nothing to stand on. People keep reserving sunbeds in the morning although the hotel does not allow ist. Annoying habit. -> get a car and go to a cool beach completely on your own!

Beautiful Entrance and Gardens. Separate Buildings. Very quiet with view to the nature reserve. Nice pool because you do not recognize how big it actually is because of different areas. Great garden architect!

Beds in lounge area uncomfortable. Needs one of the pools to have heating- this would free up more space and give kids a better opportunity to swim/play. Mini club was dominated by infants. More needed for 8-10y o!
