Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Great small hotel. Terrific location for Alhambra. Just 15 mins or less to the Puerta Justica albeit uphill all the way. Very clean and breakfast was good.

Curvy staircase up to our riom.

We had two twins pushed together and they kind of separated at times.
Wonderful location very close to Alhambra, plaza, restaurants and more. Staff were very helpful and the hotel had everything one needs. The gym is a little sad but welcome to have! The breakfast was actually okay despite the reviews here saying it’s horrible. Clean and comfortable room with NO SOUND from street when windows closed.

Great location and close to the main centre. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was really nice with lots of available facilities like a gym and massage if you wanted to book it. There was also a cute little reading area. Good breakfast. The room was really nice. The bathroom was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was. Also it's only a 5 minute walk away to the bus stop that takes you to the Alhambra. They also let me leave my luggage there whilst I spent the day looking at the sites.

Everything: it is very a comfortable place with a great atmosphere. The room itself was really nice with a small balcony overlooking the street. The personnel is really super nice and friendly, from the front desk people to the housekeeping staff as well as the restaurant servers.

Unfortunately, although February, the room was very warm and there was no way to cool it. We booked a Valentines Meal, the food and service were great, they made a special menu for us as we are both vegetarian, but it did not have a special Valentine's Day vibe.
The boutique feel and public areas, the breakfast and helpful staff. The restaurant food and service were very good too. The location for the Alhambra and the old city area was perfect.

They upgraded my room with no charge and it comes with a terrace. Everything in the room is modern and the best part is the fancy toilet. Used once in Japan. It was the best feature of the room! The location is everything. The personnel are warm and welcoming Nice rooftop.

The roof-top restaurant is excellent - extraordinary dishes (e.g. raw tuna with almond on a slightly sweet waffle) to share. For breakfast I would recommend to look for somewhere else. Very good and quiet location ...

Poor wi- fi kept dropping out. All the tv stations were in Spanish. The last 2 Andalucian hotels I have stayed in this month at least had BBC News.
Excellent location for train station and centre. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding outside area was quite.

The vegan prix fixe new year's eve dinner was fantastic. It exceeded our expectations. The restaurant staff organized a wonderful evening of amazing food and festivities, capped off by joining the diners as we all ate our 12 grapes and watched the count on the TV. A memorable meal and celebration.
