Too crowded in the restaurant at peak times. The adjoining area should have been open for seating at all times instead of being roped off.

Excellent facilities for a very wide age range - our extended family went from 7 to 82 yrs!

There could be a halal meat section, even if it was small. Expressions such as vegan and vegetarian should be stated more clearly on dishes.

Some of the all inclusive drinks weren't great. I would definitely go all inclusive plus next time

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views, food was lovely and a good variety to choose from. Lots of swimming pools and bars located in the hotel including 2 adults only pools.

PIGEONS. Pigeons at the pool outdoor eating area with droppings all over floor and pigeons on tables, even with the excellent staff cleaning all the time it was slightly uncomfortable when eating with so many pigeons. Apart from that, the hotel was perfect

Food was fantastic and fresh everyday. Our apartment was really clean and walkways around the hotel cleaned daily and only one problem was pigeons at the pool outdoor eating area with droppings all over floor and pigeons on tables, even with the excellent staff cleaning all the time it was slightly uncomfortable when eating with so many pigeons. Apart from that, the hotel was perfect.

No indoor pool or the pool for adults is not big enough.

The food, the daily entertainment, the location on the hill with the view of the beach and town, and the modern interior of the whole hotel. Super!

It’s so hard to find something negative but only thing I could think of was maybe some more evening entertainment for adults. But even that was a stretch as they did have occasional things on like a magic show or saxophone player, it just seemed to last an hour then be done

The whole hotel was clean. Plenty of spaces to chill in the sun away from the pool, snooker tables dotted around the bars and they showed the football on the big screen. Spacious rooms, great facilities (gym and spa), multiple pools slightly heated. Never had to fight for a sun lounger in a good spot, adults only areas, self service soft drinks/beer/wine which was amazing as could Grab one walking past as they are dotted all over so never had to walk far, cocktails on all inclusive really good. We stayed in May and it wasn’t over run with kids like most reviews said. Location was great - beach close by, you do have to walk down 600 steps to get to it (I counted on the way back up) or get a taxi.. all staff are so so friendly and the animation team for the kids are always doing something (pool activities, competitions, kids clubs), even got the adults involved in water basketball and a few games around the pool. Food was what you expect at all inclusive, loads of choices and the staff were always working to clear tables and get food replenished quickly. Oh and when we checked in they took our information including date of birth, and on my partners birthday we arrived into the room and found a bottle of champagne with a lovely note! We never even mentioned it was a birthday, but the fact they took note and done this as a surprise was so thoughtful!

The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The choice and quality of the food and drinks is very good. The pool is clean and suited for kids. There are a lot of activities for both children and adults. A nice animation team. And beautiful views from everywhere in the hotel. Overall it is a very good value for money.

A bit of a walk down the stairs to the beach, but taxis are very cheap, so you can walk down and get back up on a taxi for 5Euros, so its not to bad.

Absolutely Great food options, breakfast and dinner and drinks, Big rooms, good wifi and TV, great shower, great views. Just an awesome all-inclusive. The balcony was nice. Aircon had no issues, A very nice stay, especially for a family with kids. Pools and entertainment. My parents came here 5 times and now I and my wife came while she was pregnant, for a relaxing time off. Shops are relatively close as well, mini golf and golf course.

700 stairs between the hotel and the ocean. 350 stairs between the hotel and the road to the city center. The price seems quite high, though it may be due to the location.

Plenty of activities without leaving the hotel. Lots of things for kids. Stunning sunrise and sunset views. Excellent variety of food and bars. A small grocery store nearby (though prices are quite high). Pharmacy and doctor within a 10-minute walk.

-Excelent food (mexican, asian corner, ice cream, etc), breakfast with prosecco and tasty -kids pools, and heated all pools. -animation was ok also in the evening -spacious room with sunset sea view ❤️

I’m struggling to think of anything that I didn’t like ! I suppose the steep hill walking into town would be the only thing I could think of , but we did find steps that took us down into town the day before we went home .

There was nothing I didn’t like I loved everything about it , we got a free upgrade to a room with a private pool we were delighted! Also at a reasonable price we upgraded to all inclusive and we were so glad we did as the food was beautiful. Views from hotel were spectacular. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return next year .

Considering the price to stay, the noise of hearing cars pass throughout the night disturbed our sleep. Bring earplugs.

Entertainment in the evenings was mostly dancing, maybe adding some vocals/band would spice up the evenings. Inclusive cocktails were ice and sweet syrup mix.
