Amazing hotel. Breathtaking views. Delicious meals with a lot of choice. Evening entertainment brilliant especially Michael Jackson night:) Heated pools were a real bonus! We will definitely come back!

For a hotel that seemingly caters primarily to Scandinavians, it's strange that they don't offer filter coffee! (The automatic espresso drink machines didn't make the best coffee and had long lines during peak dining times). This is a big thing for the Swedes, Norwegians, Finns (and also the Dutch) patrons and wouldn't cost much or require much extra staff effort.

Very child-friendly hotel with many activities for young children: splash pool, playground, arts & crafts area, children's live music concerts, and mascots in big plush suits. Delicious breakfast. Great pools. Stylish interior.

-Not having a massage and spa And a jacuzzi -AC only cooling -Long way and lot of stairs to the beach but you are not gonna need to go to the beach

Animation team worked hard and made a lot of effort for the kids/adults but often with mixed results and not many people getting involved. Evening entertainment sometimes a bit basic. Hotel pretty quiet by 10pm. Location great for views but not much to walk to other than a tacky commercial centre...however a taxi to the beach or port was cheap and hotel will order. Hotel floors/lifts hard to work out. Luckily our room was easy to get to but did get lost a few times trying to get to parts of the hotel.

Fantastic hotel that caters very well for families but also couples, older guests. Rooms spacious, modern and comfy with large balconies and basic self catering equip. We booked a family suite with limited sea view but it was pretty much panoramic with a lovely sunset each night :) Maids will make up your room daily if requested. The hotel is large and can get busy but there is ample space even when its full. There are 5 pools including 2 adults only/spa pool an infinity pool and 2 good sized family pools. Plenty of beds around each although you do have to be early to get them, but that was no problem. Plenty of quieter areas if you dont want the busyness of the main pool, and fab slides and splash area for kids. The restaurant is large and well set out, no trouble getting a table and outdoor dining an option. Food really good, lots of choice with pasta/asian/fish/mexican/meats/fresh salad every night. If you are all inclusive, you can get food almost all day. Amazing fresh pizzas in the snack bar at lunch! Drinks good, not very strong alcohol wise but not a bad thing when drinking all day! You can pay for premium drinks if you feel the need. Staff really friendly and nothing too much trouble. We are already looking at returning! :)

Choice and quality of food was amazing. The cleanliness of the whole hotel was fantastic. Rooms ere nicely decorated with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities which was a really nice touch Beds were really comfy too. The pools and the adult only areas were brilliant too as was a chance to get away from the hubbub around the main pool

Entertainment was peculiar. Very different from what we have seen in other resorts. It was not bad — but also, not anything remarkable. The team were all friendly; however, they lacked the ability to engage the audience and captivate the attention. They did not involve the audience in activities. Also, property was advertised as beachfront. And, it is close to the beach; however, to get there, you have to go hiking down a huge cliff or call a taxi. While a path has been developed, it’s not an easy hike. The hotel sits on the side of a hill with beautiful sea views.

It’s a real climb uphill to get to

Newly renovated room, comfortable beds, big balcony. Excellent selection of foods at breakfast. Pools were fantastic, adults only area really peaceful and plenty of sunbeds.

We had some issues with our drains which was sorted by the maintenance team very quickly, however they did leave a mess and somehow our floor didn't get cleaned of dirty water for 5 hours and 3 calls to reception. We would also have liked a bit more information at check in - we weren't directed to the QR code for the app and so didn't know what was going on until day 2 - once we had that though it was very easy to know what was on each day. There is still some maintenance going on but it didn't bother us.

The Animation Team were amazing - so full of energy and welcoming to both adults and children. We loved the morning and afternoon dance and sing along. The team really made our stay memorable especially Paula and Jesus. We missed Paula on her days off 😘 The pool area was great, being there with 2 children, I was able to see them from most areas and felt that they were safe in the complex. The different pool options meant we could choose somewhere different to relax each day and sunbeds were always available somewhere. The range of activities for adults and children meant we were never bored. The availability and abundance of food meant we were never hungry and always found something we liked. Staff in all areas were friendly, helpful and seemed happy. It was easy to pop down to Amadores beach by taxi at €4 each way and was a nice afternoon out. The evening entertainment was of a great standard with a variety of shows and quiz nights. We especially loved the Michael Jackson tribute evening put on by the Animation team. My daughter loved the mini disco with Bubbly each night too. The hotel was easy to navigate around and lifts worked well. The hotel was very accommodating when we arrived early and left after check out. We were able to use all the facilities and have food and drinks, getting showered and changed at the change rooms in the lobby before leaving for the airport.

Dinner times were so loud with so many children. Plus music and activities around main pools were very intrusive. The infinity pool filled with kids. They have plenty of pools, it should be adults only as we couldn’t get beds in the adult area. No adult only bar. You could easily put one in at reception level and make it adults only in evenings. There was nowhere, as a couple, to go for a quiet drink.

This is a hotel is wonderful for families with children but not so suitable for guests without little ones! The self service buffet is very noisy and busy as you would expect and the food is OK but not really a pleasant dining experience! The hotel is up a hill so a trek to the beach unless you take a taxi which are very reasonably priced.

We had a junior suite which was large and comfortable. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful.
