Everything was great. A quiet location to relax. A comfortable, spacious room with all amenities and clean. Private parking. But, most important, attentive, informative and thoughtful personnel.

This is a wonderful hotel. It is as the pictures show. I would have like to stay for a few days rather than one night to really appreciate the grounds and terrace. The room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owner was warm and welcoming.

A fantastic stay in a wonderful old house set in mature gardens. I like old hotels to retain as much character as possible and this didn't disappoint. It may not have a gym or restaurant but it more than made up for it with its charm. It's a little out of the way but we found a good restaurant within 10 minutes walk.

We had a very friendly welcome, the property is magnificent, so much character and beautiful grounds. Our room was big and very clean and with a good range of toiletries. The breakfast was very good too. Thoroughly recommended

Beautifully restored and maintained manor house with lovely grounds just outside of Gijon. The hotel is a haven of peace, the rooms comfortable and spacious, it's a bit like staying with old friends. The WiFi is excellent, as are the staff and owners.

Old house shows some wear and tear. Room (downstairs) had a smell of humidity, which could be coped with by opeing windows. Breakfast missed variety - two days in a row the same ingredients. Noice from the motorway (close by) is not a quiet experience when you are outside in the garden.

Very nice location - well kept garden park. Nice sitting room at the lobby area. Very friendly people.

Slightly out of town but excellent bus service so don't let that put you off.

Lovely traditional old Spanish house in beautiful grounds, fabulous. Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff were fabulous, from the greeting to the farewell I couldn't fault them. The restaurant recommendations were really good. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Breakfast was a little limited. The hotel does not offer dinner and the available restaurants are a short drive away.

Peaceful, pleasant location. Beautiful garden. Very secure parking - gated site. Spacious rooms, gracious building. Friendly proprietor, who speaks good English. Wi-fi was excellent.

A lovely tranquil place. Jesus who greeted us on our arrival was very charming. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my 70th birthday. Celebrated at the Casa Segunda restaurant which is nearby. The house dates back 300years. Would highly recommend.

    No complaints

The gated estate felt quiet and rural but was actually well placed for central Gijon or the motorway. Good local restaurants.

Nothing ? Everything was perfect .

This hotel is outstanding in all aspects. Jesus has extremely high standards , and ensures that everyone receives a warm welcome . This is the perfect location for Gijon . It is quiet , close to the town and the house is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. Outstanding restaurants nearby ( especially " La Casa Segundo"). I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and we cannot wait to go back . Thank you Jesus .

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location but close enough to the city. We received a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We will visit there again.

We like small, boutique hotels. This is one of the best we have experienced. The house is exceptional, and our host was generous with his time.
