When travelling to Madrid I always try to book a room here because of the location: you are so close to everything while being in a residential zone in the downtown. In less than 10 minutes you are in La Latina. The Cercanias train stop besides the hotel takes you directly to the airport or to Sol in 5 minutes!! ....really nice places to have breakfast around (if you did not book it in the hotel),or dinner. Supermarkets close too. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are cosy,as well as the beds :) Highly recommended

Housekeeping services available only after 9 am. Soundproofing of the rooms is not very good, you can hear people opening/closing neighbouring rooms and also noise from the next bathroom.

Good location, next to the Metro. Makes it convenient for you to explore the city.

The only thing was how thin the walls are. You could certainly hear neighbors if they were talking loudly. But other than that everything was perfect.

The breakfast was a beautiful spread! Liked how comfy the bed was. Secure building with having to ring the doorbell for the front door at night. Right next to an "Irish pub" with an awesome waitress! Metro stop really close by. (Don't confuse it with the train stop right in front!) Front desk/housekeeping/food service was very nice and on top of things.

It is a 3 star hotel with old carpets and tiles. For a hotel the parking cost is very expensive 18.50 Euro / day. At most of the hotels we have paid under 12 Euro /day.

Nice area with a large park and bridge over a small river. Many places to eat and drink. There are a few stores in close by if you need to buy snacks and bottled water.

    Air conditioning could be better

Good location in a quiet residential area with easy access to city centre. Hotel not modern in style but clean and well maintained. Well insulated and quiet rooms with air conditioning, (although this has a minimum setting of 15C, which I found a little too warm for sleeping) and have all necessary facilities :- comfortable beds, fridge, safe, hairdryer, effective shower. Staff pleasant, polite and helpful.

The plugs were not firmly secured to the wall as they were on the wooden headboard. I would have liked plugs at both ends of the bed, not just on one side. The lifts did not feel secure, they did a small drop before the doors would open for you to step out. It wasn't scary after the second time as we expected it - but this needs to be resolved!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip, as it was right next to the Metro station so we could travel around Madrid as much as possible. The pressure of the shower was amazing, we had no issue as there was always hot water! Loads of storage space! I had a king size room, which had a double mirrored wardrobe!

We had a room that connected by a locked door to an executive room and the soundproofing was not very good. Wifi was free but did not work well for us.

Location at the entrance to Cercanias train and Metro for ease of travel around the city and to/from the airport. Staff very friendly. Rooms well soundproofed against street/traffic noises.

was a little far from the center to my liking but honestly with taxis bookable from the front desk and not too high of a price it wasn't that much of and issue. there was construction happening but considering i went in December what more to u expect really, its the time to ramp up for summer!

Food was lovey and the staff were amazing
