The hotel requested my credit card number supposedly to ensure coverage for any damages or incidentals, which seemed unusual to me. When I declined, I was informed that a 50EUR cash deposit was required, something I haven't encountered at other hotels. This unexpected request was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise pleasant stay. Despite this, the room was comfortable and the staff courteous. However, it would have been better if the hotel had informed guests about such policies in advance to avoid any surprises.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean and spacious rooms. The location is convenient, situated close to public transportation. Staff members are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. Although the amenities are basic, they suffice for a satisfactory stay. From the bathroom we could hear the people in the room next door. As it was just from the bathroom it didn't bother us too much

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We paid 15 euros extra for all 4 days for a room with a balcony, which meant we got a quiet end room . Well worth the price. Our rooms were cleaned daily. We did not order breakfast, so I can not give an opinion about that. The hotel is near public transport and it was easy to get around Madrid from there. We were very happy with our decision to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was a let down. €9.80. Not much choice and slow service. No coffee machine, so had to ask if wanted a second cup. The only hot option was an omelette which was ok.

Although it has parking listed on the site, you have to pay extra and the hotel is within the low emissions zone which requires a special sticker on your car. Noisy guests woke us up at 01:30 with their television on at full volume. We had to move rooms

Balcony door lock was stiff, otherwise there's nothing to fault here at all.

NeoMagna is the only place I stay when in Madrid. It's clean, comfortable and great sized rooms. Location is perfect and really easily accessible for travelling around the city. All the staff I encountered are so polite and friendly.

It was a little bit basic and the lifts were not very good. And they need some main lights in the bedrooms.

The staff were lovely and everything was very clean with housekeeping everyday.

Friendly personnel in a pleasant hotel. The room was comfortable and reasonably spacious, it has everything you need. Breakfast is fine and the hotel is close to a metro station and bus stop.

The hotel could include a small fridge in the room. Also, one day I found some dirtiness in the bath towels that were recently changed. They should check this matter carefully.

The door closures are noisy, some a bit stiff so doors get slammed and that is not so good during the night.

It was spotlessly clean everywhere. The reception staff were always there and answered questions or helped with things.

An excessive amount of drawers and lack of electric outlets. Also, lack of a safe, and the fact that of the whole hotel, my door was stuck all the time.

The closeness to Wizink Center, and it's comfortable enough for a few days stay. The room is really big, considering it's for one person.
