The hotel is dated, the furnishings, furniture and look. It did not make me want to spend any unnecessary time there. The restaurant was closed in the evening as well as for breakfast the next morning.

The location close to the centre but quiet, at least the room I had facing the back. The staff were welcoming and efficient.

A bit small for a family of 4, but we only stayed overnight en route to France so it worked.

We specifically booked the hotel as it had parking. We were travelling and didn't want to take all the luggage into the room. When we arrived we were told that my small SUV would not get into their parking facilities. I would suggest if you don't have a Mini or Fiat 500 you forget it.

The room was a bit too warm overnight - there didn’t appear to be any way of controlling the temperature locally. light switches in the hallway to our room didn’t appear to be working on our return from dinner so we had to use a torch. a bin in the room (in addition to the one in the bathroom) would have been nice.

Location is near by center of Toledo, 5 or 10 minutes walking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not big but confortable.

The room had no views at all and there was a very strong smell (ammonia-based cleaning product or similar) when we arrived.

Our room being below ground and too small for three people

The location was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. However, for a family of 3 the room was very small. A compact double room with another bed pushed against the wall on one side. Also, we were given a basement room, so absolutely no view at all, which was disappointing in such a beautiful city. I would have requested a different room, had we been staying longer and more time in our room.

The hotel is located downhill so you need to walk uphill to get to famous tourist sites like Zocodover Plaza

there is no communication between the front desk and the hotel restaurant. they can improve that. the front desk very gently offered me to eat at the hotel restaurant I accepted so he told me to be there by 13 30 but when I got there the restaurant was full with kids and they told me the restaurant was closed because they have the tour to attend to.

the location is excellent right in the city center and very easy to get from the train station that is walking distance. the reception guy was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at the hotel two hours prior to check in and my room was ready so thy did an early check in no problem. the room and the bed were very confortabile.
