Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is placed a bit far from the old city but is connected by line 9 bus to downtown. Also a big Carrefour is close to the hotel. The underground parking, free of charge, the 8 euro breakfast (if booked at Reception) the free WiFi, the cleanliness, the nice staff, all the facilities make it a great choice to visit a wonderful city, Salamanca

There is almost nothing else in the local area so you are really confined to the hotel if you are short of time for a quick overnight stop. The staff were generally fine, although the first barman was not friendly; the second older barman we engaged with after dinner was great.
Free underground car park, which is great when travelling by motorcycle. Easily accessible near the outskirts of Salamanca. Nice rooms with modern facilities. One great barman who was on duty after dinner was excellent.

Bathtub was not working. Wi-fi was weak. Found a dirty feminine product near the elevator door.
Did not have breakfast. Location away from the historic center. Easy to navigate by way of the bus system. Decent cafeteria food.

We booked specifically to use the pool but the pool was being emptied and refilled when we were there so we couldn’t use it. It would have been helpful to have had this information before we booked.
Location was perfect. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was perfect.

Unfortunately it was cold and windy during our stay, so we were unable to use the outdoor swimming pool. Dinner was served in the garden and again the weather was against us. Whilst this was not the fault of the hotel, we did struggle to adjust the air conditioning in our room and spent rather a chilly night!
Welcoming staff. Very good value for money. Food and drinks reasonably priced..

I would book this for a function or a work trip. I would book it again. I really liked the food, too, but I would not book it for a romantic get away or for a memorable hotel experience.
Location was literally off the main road into Salamanca. Staff were friendly. Food was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking included on site.

We needed a place to stay it this was the perfect spot. If I were to visit the city I may look for something closer to the city center, but I would absolutely recommend it.
Easy to find. free parking. Very nice accommodations and helpful staff. Diner was very good serve in the terrace, and breakfast buffet was quite good as well.

the shower facilities in the room needs to be improved; The exit to main street needs to be reviewed since is dangerous. Immedialty you're in a fast roadtrack. Some solutions here are needed

Pool wasn’t open until 11am so couldn’t swim in the morning.
Nice hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Easy free parking. A bit of a walk into the heart of the city but there were buses available.

Having a pool and being able to walk into the centre (about 15 minutes). The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable and good value for money.

The rooms were right in front of a bunch of huge AC units turning on and off all night, they made A LOT of noise. It made sleeping difficult. Swimming pool only opens at 11am, right when it gets too hot to be there - there are not much shaded areas. The restaurant was okeyish, small range of dishes that tasted not great, not terrible.
Facilities were better than expected. Rooms had a decent size, were very clean. The swimming pool was nice. It had underground free parking. Breakfast is ok. All the staff was super nice.

No pool bar, poor service in the bar, made to wait a lot. The rooms are not well sound proofed so you could hear everything from the rooms next door unfortunately.
The underground car park is good, feels safe (watch out for the birds living down there, they came as a bit of a shock as they flew past my face!). Pool was a good size but very very cold! Reception staff very helpful.

The room was nice and spacious but we didn’t have any views and it was a bit dark. At the end we only used it to sleep so it didn’t really matter.
The stuff working there were amazing, breakfast was excellent as well. And the swimming pool was nice

It would be nice to have a kettle with coffee and tea in the room.
This hotel is very well located , we could just leave the car in their secured car park and walk to the city. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and of a good size, the staff nice and good breakfast with quite a large buffet. We stopped on our way to Portugal and loved it so we decided to stop there again on the way back.
