Because of its central position, the parking for the car was quite pricey. At the lobby, there is a small part where you have to lift the stroller to climb the stairs, so some solution there might be welcome for families with a baby in tow.

The best thing about the hotel was its central position, it was very easy and convenient to reach everything on foot from the hotel. It is also in the close proximity to all the shops so for someone who enjoys that, it is great. The staff was very efficient and good.

the only thing that I would change, is the size of the hand basin in the bathroom, it's very nice but rather large, and gets in the way of the toilet, all in all this is just a minor point.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious, the hotel is in a very good location, just outside the centre, to be away from the crowd, but close enough to enjoy the atmosphere.

The location is somewhat noisy due to the traffic, but settles down after midnight. The windows offer reasonable noise protection.

The location is just 5 walking minutes from main square, parking garage is just across the street and there are several great eating and shopping opportunities within 5 walking minutes. The metro station is one minute away. The staff is nice and speaks very decent english.

Very good location - you can easily walk to the centre. Very clean. You can park your car in a garage right at the hotel which is very handy as driving and searching for a parking place is nerve-wrecking.

1.The staff cannot speak English & thus communication becomes a big problem. 2. The cafeteria staff is very unfriendly, does not understand English, hence communication is a big problem. 3. The only hotel which collected our total room stay amount in advance. 4. The breakfast should have more items eg eggs

    1. Good location. 2. Fairly good size room but bathroom is small & no proper ventilation.

Very pleasant hotel on the big shopping street with a lot of coffee shops, located near the center, but before the road sign restricting access for non-Granada residents (which is important for those who travel by car). Large, cozy and comfortable room, all bathroom supplies and new bathroom fitments.
