Nothing it had every thing we needed

The room was simple but clean and every thing we need for our one night stay. It is very convenient for the motorway and close enough to get to Santander for the ferry. Parking is right by the hotel.

It's really only an overnight stop unless you want to drive into town - not a criticism as it's exactly what we needed

Good location just off the motorway. The services are 24hr so no issues with getting something to eat. We ate in the restaurant which has limited hours and had the set menu very good value at 15 euros Inc wine. The room was fine and surprisingly quiet as you are near the motorway. Reception is in the cafe which we found after a bit of a search. It's a good overnight stop on the way back to Santander.

Two of our party have health conditions and struggled with the external staircase to the accommodation, there is definitely a need for a lift.

Location ideal for returning to Santander ferry terminal. Fuel and supermarket on the doorstep.

Next to petrol station and 24 hour cafe so busy all night but rooms at rear so no real issues

Really handy on way to Santander ferry, easy to find, great bar/ cafe, brilliant staff, room basic but very comfortable and clean , ideal overnight stop for ferry following morning. Staff so friendly and helpful .Also amazing value

The restaurant was open even though it was winter. Good clean refurbishment of rooms and plenty of shopping facilities.

Didn't realise when I booked but this is kinda of a truck stop , now I don't have a problem with that as the truck stops on spain are excellent , just thought you should know , if truck stops in the UK where this good then maybe I would still be doing the job

Needs a non-slip mat in the bath - once it was wet it was impossible to shower because it was too slippy.

Limited choice of bar food in the evening, (we didnt try the restaurant). The main door closure into the bar/reception and diner was broken, so every time anyone entered or left it banged shut, very loud, it shook our room which was above it. Being open 24 hours it was a problem during the night. Easy to fix I would think.

The location was very good for a stop on the way to Santander, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast food. Good value for money.

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I'd eat there again. Reinosa isn't the most special place (other than the reservoir and the social history of the "Reinosa incident ") but this is a very handy stop off for Santander. Take either the N611 for a great ride! Good for motorcycle or cycling.

cost was a little bit more expensive than i would have liked but the extra 10€ to spend was worth it.

Location - was good as I am a truck driver and need the rest to start the next day fresh rooms - clean and comfortable bathrooms very good

The outdoor stairs upto the rooms. Difficult with suitcases, impossible for those with mobility issues. Being disturbed by the early morning drivers knocking on the bathroom door below us from 5am. Lack of noise insulation
