The fact that the rooms with sea views have direct view on the tennis courts which turns to be quite noisy until 9.30pm. Did not mind as I came for business but booking for leisure would be a nuisance. The same with the rooftop with the bar which is really nice but again quite noisy.

We were under the impression that the spa indoor pool was available, that's the reason we chose this hotel. However when we got there there was an additional 36 euros/person required for 1.5h for using that pool. They did have a gym pool available for free, but that one was for laps not for relaxation. There is a lot of construction in the area so the views from the room were not super.

The room was nice, the med pool area was very beautiful, great restaurants.

- lack of general information. Usual hotel details like timetables, Wi-Fi, SPA wasn’t informed spontaniously. - some parts of suite had seen better days. ( remotes didn’t work or were fixed by tape, safety deposit battery was low and changed after three inquires)

+ excellent breakfest + excellent sport facilities, spectacular gym +panoramic suite was spacious and cozy + cleaning = very good + helpful and friendly staff + parking was easy

The shuttlebuss is scary. But nothing else. The complete hotel for a nice vacation.

It feels like a new hotel, very modern and sleek. The room was a suite with a terrace, but due to weather conditions we couldn’t use it.

Finding it was a little hard at first but found it eventually as it's up a steep hill. The hotel is very modern still and the rooms have a sink basin in the room behind the wall and the bath and then a separate shower and toilet behind a once-piece sliding door. I would say privacy is not like a locked door as when having a shower there is no door for the toilet. I was staying one night it did not bother me. The corridors are door numbers are hard to see as very neutral

The Hotel is very modern and very clean and presentable and has amazing pools and also DJ playing music during the day and club music and was very cool. The rooms are bright and with a balcony, A/C, and comfortable beds. The service is very good and they are always attentive at the desk and willing to help. I like the hotel and for 5 stars it shows its class and has a very good bar and tfood was good too. If you have a rental car you an get free parking outside and below in the hotel car parking

Top of steep hill. Used Hilton bus to get to sea front but stopped at 6. Hotel restaurant ok but expensive. Didnt like design of room with open toilet and shower in it. Too many lifts and confusing to get around.

I had a nightmare with the room key and had to get service to help a few times. It seems they were already aware of the issues. There is nothing near to the hotel so you need the shuttle bus or taxi into town The the main pool is in the shade in the morning and only executive guests can access the rooftop pool before midday

The rooftop pool is amazing and it has a Michelin starred restaurant on site. Also a great gym and indoor pool

The rooms did not give a 5 star feel. You need to mop after each shower as the shower doors are not fitted properly.

I got a room with a front door with a quite notable dent. Of course it did not affect the staying in the room, but I felt a bit like a second class guest. Wha having that room when so many empty? What else have they provided me thats not "their best". Pretty sneaky of the management I think, is it because I booked through you instead of direct at the hotel. I also got a strange feeling infact most of the staff were uncomfortable and stressed.

I liked the overall well mainained facility, the many pool areas, the sports club and the breakfast and amazing breakfast area on the roof top. The room were very confortable, well looked after and generally very nice.

The shuttle service between the beach and the hotel and vice versa. Also the picnic breakfast was bland and needed improvement; the sandwich could have been replaced by fresh croissants or pastries.

bed was very uncomfortable and shaky whilst we had upgraded to a more luxury room. it was really a bad but a almost self created platform with a mattress.

The pillow were horrible and bed too hard! We got some softer pillows which made us survive our stay, but you would expect a hotel at this level to have more comfortable beds. The hotel requires 120euros for 2 sunbeds at the roof top!! Way too expensive even though you get 60 of them back to use for food and drinks, total rip off.

My partner and I enjoyed the hotel very much. Great breakfast buffet, easy to get a carpark, great gym, great rooms and housekeeping was spot on.

Some of the staff were very poor and didn't listen to what you were asking. The Staff at the Reception were excellent. Certainly overpriced Hotel
