The apartment is in need of renovation. There is a large balcony but had weeds & broken tiles. The bathroom needs updating. Smell was a bit musty. The whole complex needs a lot of love.

Facilities are a bit poor like a mattress, coffee machine, bathroom smelly, washing machine and cutlery.

The sea view, the Terrace and the receptionist. He helped at everything he could. .

No on site parking, a lack of general maintenance.

We were not far from the town centre or beach and had a great view. The apartment was clean and tidy although some items were a bit tired.

The entire establishment hasn't been well maintained over the years. All the tiles in the comunal areas are broken, the exterior looks shabby, the apartments are tiny, the kitchen was poor and old and not very well furnished, and there was always a slight smell of damp in our ground floor apartment. Decent for couples but not great for families

The position is good, very close to the centre and beach with a brief but steep road up to the building. The Sofa bed was decent, fairly new,

Maintenance of the apartment was not up to standard. When we arrived, several things were not working, i.e. the bathroom light, the shower was clogged, there was no remote control for the bedroom AC... and when we went to the front desk, they claimed they didn't know, as 'guests didn't let them know'... In my opinion, maintenance is the place's responsibility, not guests. Considering the price we paid, maintenance and cleanliness should have been better.

The property's location is unbeatable, overlooking the entire town from a hill, the apartments have beautiful terraces and a delightful pool. Although it's on a hill, it's walking distance from the town and everything is very close by.

The air condition in one of the room didn't work

We had an apartment on 3 floor, so could enjoy the views of Tossa and the sea. Nice accommodation. Could recommend it. There are issues with the parking near the house, but many parking options within 5-7 min walk. The best one and the closest one is minicipal parking does the hill.

What an incredible view! The ocean view room has 2 terraces with equally beautiful views, the second joining the small but private upstairs bedroom. I get the comments regarding a bit of modernisation but I think the value for money is extremely competitive compared to other sea view apartments (with a communal pool) in Tossa De Mar. There's a small walk to the beach and also a lovely one as you make your way through the old town. I'll definitely be going back and would absolutely recommend

If you do not have a car, you need to push your luggage uphill and then lift it up the stairs to reach the reception. The building is old and can be appear unkempt though the rooms are furnished with all amenities so the first time we reached we were a little apprehensive about our choice.

The location and view is good. It is very close to the bus station and walking distance from old town and beach.
