Because the weather was very warm during my stay, the room was always stifling, and I couldn't sleep even with the fan on. A couple of hangers and another power point would have been nice but minor points for a short stay.

The property is very central, has a fully equipped shared kitchen, and is secure - so secure I managed to lock myself out! I was worried about missing the check in slot but was still able to access my room after being given the necessary details. The cleaning lady kept the communal areas spotless, and Joan was always contactable if you required help. Both were professional, friendly, and approachable. The room was basic but had sufficient storage space, a ceiling fan, and good lighting. The WiFi worked well also. The bathroom to bedroom ratio was sufficient, and the bathrooms themselves are modern.

The biggest downside during our stay was the noise — the windows face a busy street (same side as the building entrance), and it was nearly impossible to sleep because of the traffic and people out late at night. Unfortunately, closing the windows wasn’t really an option either, as the room was very hot and there’s no air conditioning or even a fan. Perhaps there are other rooms facing a quieter side of the building — that might be a better option.

The bed linen was clean, and although we didn’t use the kitchen, it seemed well-equipped. Overall, the place has everything you need for a short stay.

No staff around & booking in was from 1200 to 1900 never heard that. I think you could come after 1900 as its all electronic check-in nut I was declined so rearrange the date for my trip.

No aircon in the bedroom did make it very very hot in the middle of summer. There is a ceiling fan but when it's 37° outside it's not very effective but this is the only thing that would improve the accommodation.

The bed was super comfy and the facilities were excellent. There were loads of plates, pans, cutlery and everything you need to prepare a meal if you wanted to, plus a comfortable area to sit (which had air conditioning). The rooms were excellent value for money and all the facilities were clean. The bathroom was very good and there were plenty of supplies like soap and toilet roll available. For the price, it is absolutely fantastic value, in a wonderful part of town. Close to the centre, very close to shops and a short walk to the train station.

Noisy neighbours, a fellow guest stole a bottle of my juice out the fridge. No aircon, could really benefit from some.

It was really well situated! In Reus center and close to everything in less than 5 min walking! Really clean place with nice common area! Kitchen with everything you need! And most of all, the man ( Juan) that take care of this place is an amazing person and always there to help!!! Loved my stay here!

No air-conditioned,no shampoo,no hairdryer,no enough indoor light,only 2 plugs. All the facilities are very plain.The living condition isn’t friendly.
