It would have been nice if a plug had been provided for the sink, but this is a very small matter.

I was pleasantly surprised - I had read some of the reviews from a few years back and I was quite worried that it would be noisy and full of drunk young people, but in fact most other guests were my age or older and although enjoying themselves were not noisy late at night. The room was basic but had everything I needed and was cleaned well every day. Breakfast was fine for me - enough choice.

Lift is not working properly and hotel staff was not nice. I stuck at lift with my one year old kid and he was scared, but they didn’t heard the alarm ring from lift, and I didn’t hear any apologies from a man at reseption, he even started to argue with me regarding this situation. Also, it smells really bad in entrance (which should be a face of hotel). And on the last day I found a cockroach in a bathroom.

Hotel is very close to the sea shore. Breakfast and dinner were great.

On arrival in the early hours worryingly told there was no booking or room for us! Was able to show my booking.com confirmation and reception suddenly found our room on the list. The door to our room was very difficult to open and could see some damage to surrounding wall/frame. Also sink appeared to be somewhat blocked. We stayed in room 110.

It depends on what you want from your vacation, whether you will have fun at Riutort or not. The surroundings of the swimming pool are dominated by happy and extremely drunk Germans during its entire opening hours, i.e. from 10 am to midnight. So if you want a relaxed and liberated company, it's available. If you want your own peace, it's difficult to get it here. you can hear the music and chqtting outside and you can hear everything in the room next door, you can hear your neighbor wipe his nose. You should atleast take good earplugs for the night. The drunks singing by the pool also don't entice you to sunbathe or swim in the pool, but the sea is less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel's public facilities and my own room were very clean. The single room was also spacious enough. There was soap but no shampoo or conditioner. Air conditionibg was good. The bed was neihter bad or good. There was no refrigerator, but there were at least 10 shops within a hundred meters radius from which it was easy and quick to get something to eat in the room. The exception to the cleanliness of the public spaces was the gym. It hadn't been cleaned in there for weeks. The equipment was rusty, there were few weights and there was no air conditioning, but the cross trainer worked. The breakfast, on the other hand, was great. There was something for everyone, I'm a vegetarian and I was very full and if you went early you could eat before the drunken Germans arrived. In the vicinity, you could easily find various places to hang out at a reasonable price. The staff was nice. They answered when you asked something but did not disturb you. WIFI was really bad.

Very noisy, you can’t sleep when other tourists celebrate smth all the night with loud music and shout into a trumpet on their balconies. there is an announcement in the hotel about no trumpets/ no speakers etc. but the staff does nothing

Beds are really bad, but everyone can expect it for this price. You have to pay deposit for perhaps everything. You do not get anything in your room. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo.

I can reccommend to buy breakfest and dinner. Food was good and every day they tried to bring something new. Service from the hotel is good aswell.
