The walls are paper thin and there is a vent in the bathroom where you can literally speak with your neighbours. This is a very loud hotel.

Overall our stay was brilliant. The only complaint we have is that staff did not explain things like restaurant location , there drinks token system , snack hut location etc. and this made our first day a little stressful. And overall the room pictures in my opinion did not accurately reflect our room.

A few of the older staff were very moody. However majority of the staff were lovely. Location is about 45 minutes walk from san antonio, but I enjoyed the walk.

I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed by this hotel. We went to Ibiza on a budget so our expectations were very low. However the food was better than we expected, drinks were all inclusive all day, the pools were very big and it wasn't too busy. We never had trouble finding a sunbed and the staff were lovely. There is a water boat 5 minutes walk from the hotel which is great for a sunset ride across to san antonio.

I went down to the pool and stupidly left my purse on the bed, came back up the cleaners had been in and it was gone. I went out to say to the cleaner and she didn’t even let me speak before shouting go to reception, at this point i was saying maybe when the beds were changed it could’ve got wrapped up in the old sheets? and was asking if they would check the laundry. The manager from reception was no help at all she said the cleaners are loyal they’ve been there 30 years and would never steal at this point i hadn’t even made the accusation that they had stolen it i was just asking them to look for it. There was no empathy shown that they would look into it or nothing basically it was gone and that was it. When checking out i asked again if they had seen my purse or if it had been handed in to be abruptly told no. Otherwise the hotel was lovely.

Food choices need to be more varied and due to the current heat wave air-conditioning is needed in lifts and life waiting areas.

The hotel seems to be undergoing modernization with some parts finished, however, we stayed in one of the old rooms. There are only two small lifts for the entire hotel which are busy and not air-conditioned. The lift waiting area on our floor (4) was also without aircon. Rooms are small without a fridge but OK for a small family of three people. The cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable upon arrival and the cleaners did an OK job but nothing more. Breakfast is very good but the other mealtimes become quickly samey every day. The children's entertainment was very good and my son really enjoyed this part. I think when completed it could be really nice but not sure when those works will end.

I can’t fault the hotel for the value for money. It had everything you need. I would recommend taking euros as you have to buy a token to have the free drinks (refundable) but we didn’t have cash which was a little inconvenient but was sorted with the ATM on premises.

Everything was easy access and very clean. The pools were lively and well kept and the food was a good selection.

We had to change rooms 3 times as the first ones we were offered were really dirty, particularly the bathrooms. The reception were great and allocated a new room each time until we got a clean one - not ideal but obviously an issue with housekeeping and it was dealt with efficiently. The rooms are basic but functional, which is exactly what I expected for a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but at least they had air con.

The location suited us perfectly, it’s close to the water taxi to San Antonio. The pool areas were clean and plenty of sunbeds, the breakfast had a brilliant selection and was good quality, lots of choices to cater for everyone. The bar was fully stocked with premium spirits which is brilliant for a budget hotel, really reasonable prices too. Overall the facilities are excellent for a budget hotel and this makes it really good value for money, I would stay here again.

It was an awkward location, last time I stayed at ibiza rocks and I would probably go back due to how close it was to things, and the bus etc.

It had a very nice pool and the bedroom was a nice layout.

I’ve stayed here quite a number of times on the front of the hotel this time we overlooked the back and the rooms on that side haven’t been updated as of yet, the toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor properly and wobbled when sat on and we had a leak in the bathroom ceiling apart from that the rooms were clean, food was decent and staff couldn’t do enough for you!

The bathrooms are connected through an inner duct with a grate and noise travels too much between the rooms. A little too expensive but maybe it's Ibiza...

The breakfast was excellent. The view to the sea and the pool was great from my room but all rooms seemed to have balconies pointed to the sea. Entertainment each night was decent. Air conditioning and WiFi were very good. The two pools and the area around them seemed like enough capacity. It's very close to the beach and is on the main street.

Paper thin walls. You can hear people walking, snoring, burping etc. People weren't even noisy, just doing their normal things, but you could hear everything what didn't guarantee good sleep.

Super friendly staff, good pools area and decent food. There was always something to choose from. Great location with nice Reggae beach nearby and close to the water taxi. Close to the pubs and restaurants and even a club on the doorstep. Calvin Harris in Ushuaia is must to do.
