The staff were very nice but there weren't enough of them. Service in the bar, cafe, restaurant was chaotic and twice we came back to our room mid afternoon to find it hadn't yet been cleaned. It was cleaned later

The room was lovely, very big with a large bathroom and huge terrace with views over the square to the nearby hills

Good position in plaza, car park underground close by and reduced rate for guests at hotel..located as you come in from national park down road to right before plaza roundabout then located on the left.

The rooms would be improved with better double glazing as there was quite a lot of noise from outside at night. We were there during a fiesta.

The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and professional and generated a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The hotel was comfortable, including the beds. One of our friends is not able to walk much uphill so the location was ideal.

The WiFi kept disconnecting but it was easily reconnected

The room was large and comfortable, the terrace was huge. All the staff especially the receptionist Isabel and the waitress Sandra were very helpful. The position was the best thing and I am already planning our next trip. We had a menu del dia as well as several tapas over two nights and the food was excellent

Air con was non existent. More effort could be made to seclude the balcony from neighbouring rooms. Generally a good place to stay but a bit out of date. Lack of electrical outlets.

Big room with massive balcony. Big bathroom.

Quite dated, and no parking. However there's an underground car park a few streets away.

Great views from the terrace of the town and surrounding scenery, including vultures. Well located on one of the main squares. Breakfast is reasonably priced.

a little bit difficult to find good parking spots between the narrow streets

Its worth your money with a friendly staff that runs across the street to tell you how to get to a certain location. The room was very nice with an 11 x 4 meter balcony above the lively square.

Nothing, the location was great and the hotel clean and friendly.

We requested an upstairs room and I think we got the best room in the hotel. There was a big balcony overlooking the square and we sat in the evening watching the world go by. Perfect!!! The room was clean and big with a very nice bathroom

The pool was very small and fenced off from the even smaller sitting area, which would only accommodate 1 family. Pool didn't look particularly clean. Corridor and stairs were very unwelcoming and were extremely echoey which became more of an issue late at night/ early morning. The fridges in our rooms were unclean so we didn't use it.

The location of this hotel is excellent, situated in a square which is quiet during the day but really comes alive during the evening with many bars/ cafes. Our rooms overlooked the square and it was great for people watching. Hotel is a bit dated but rooms were comfortable with good air con.

It was a bit noisy, not because of the street noise but the room soundproof.
