The room: - was too small for a family - did not have a table - did not get cleaned up very well, there was dust and sand under the bed - many things felt cheap, like the rusty garbage bin, or a miniature low quality soap - single-use cups - there was constant smoking from other people, so we could hardly open the balcony door without getting nasty smoke inside the room. - some of the neighbors smoked marihuana - you could smell it often (!)

The kids enjoyed the pool and the water slides. The food was ok, we liked the fresh fruits and the grill. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Close to the beach. There is a bus to Barcelona and Airport in a short walking distance (at Barri dels Pescadors bus stop - but best to buy in advance the tickets)

Location perfect! Facilities always cleaned… very nice place to go with kids. They were cleaning and tidying the bedroom everyday, with new tissues and new towels , When we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful, they were very nice with kids, speaking all languages… one of them booked our transfer very easy to resolve everything.. We would definitely go again

Room very small and very basic for a family of 4. Not much to do for kids over the age of 10. Queues for drinks could be very lengthy. The only snack available without going into restaurant was plates of plain crisps.

Staff friendly. The hotel room cleaned every day. Animation team good for kids under 10 years old. Plenty of sunbeds available. Slushie and ice cream readily available for kids. Nice food with something for everyone, even the most fussy of eaters.

The room is on the small side, not much room around the beds. Lay out could be better with regards to the shower. Also no separate toilet which would have been better in a family room. Slides were closed often which is too bad. Area directly around the main pool is always occupied. A sign in the lift says personell will check and remove towels, I never saw this though. We sat a bit further, however there was a sewer smell present there constantly. Bar personell does a wonderful job, the line to order is at times very long nonetheless. The lifts are not air conditioned, and thus very hot. Despite there being 3 lifts, we took the stairs down often because the lifts are full or have a long wait. When we had breakfast, the days we were on the late side the juices were empty, refilled only just a little at a time.

Great stay, hotel is clean and smells nice upon entry. Very friendly staff, reception, house keeping, bar and restaurant. Only had breakfast which had many options hot and cold. Food at the Goffy bar is okay, burgers, pizzas and the price of drinks and food is acceptable. Slides and pool are wonderful. Kids had a great time. Pool was clean, area was well kept. House keeping daily and they did a great job. Rooms are airconditioned, which is a blessing in the heat. Location is absolutey wonderful, very close to the beach and boulevard. Beach is basically around the corner. Parking is across the street and easily accessed. The animation was diverse, great shows for kids in the evening.

People prebook the place on the pool area and they disappear without be even there so we didn't have place to layout with my family that was really poor.

there are signs - no sunbeds are to be taken by a towell without actually being at the pool area. every morning people would take all the beds close the pools. often those beds were “occupied” but empty until lunch time! staff wouldnt do anything about it. and families with small children who are not arogant than had to stay far away from the pool which makes it harder to watch over kids in the water. once i had enough and moved the towels. after 1,5 hrs! two “ladies” came, started to argue, called security and I was forced to move! i suppose because they were spanish and I wasnt. what a shame!!!
