United KingdomThe system with ordering coffee and cooked breakfast in the morning didn't quite work . A couple of mornings, our coffee never arrived to our table, even when we asked for it again. I think there was a confusion between tables. Third day our cooked breakfast wasn't delivered. There were plenty of choices for breakfast from the buffet and also a coffee machine so it wasn't a big deal but it could be improved.
We loved the hotel and the location. Amazing breakfast, such a variety. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. Lovely and thoughtful touch from the hotel to leave a bottle of champagne for my birthday.

The hotel was only beautiful Would’ve liked a nicer view of the sea but will return and have that next year hopefully. Staff were amazing Always have great respect for the housekeeping staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes ensuring we, the guest have a spotless exquisite bedroom. 10/10

The 2 stars Michelin, El Rincon de Juan Carlos restaurant had a pretty interesting & delicious menu and very good wine pairing, impressive service during 4 hours dinner. What came as a very nice surprise was the Starfish Atlantic Grill restaurant with no stars :-) but very good food and wines.

Increased veggie menu choice options on menus (couldnt book into either * restaurants) but tasting menu in the Michelin recommended restaurant was still exceptional
The room in itself was excellent, well screened to provide different areas- absolutely great comfortable and size of bed. Breakfast both in restaurant and room were exceptional choice and quality. The pool was pleasant and well split up into different zones again whilst still all in one rectangular zone. The restaurant choice is very elevated and dinner in all the restaurants we tried was a great experience

United KingdomLack of a lounge area, we had friends staying so meeting up to head out for the evening in reception was slightly uncomfortable! Pool service maybe could be improved on, although I know it isn’t all-inclusive, pool waiter service could be offered. Our room really should have something to hang toilet roll on instead of balancing on top of the handrail. Wardrobe doors a little heavy to move. I’m not over keen on an open bathroom even tho the toilet had a sliding door I feel it should be more private.
Every member of staff were exceptional…so friendly polite and professional. Our terrace was wonderful, the jacuzzi was great albeit a fair bit noisy! Our room was fabulously clean and exceptionally tidied every afternoon coming back from the beautiful pool.

Every day we informed the management that the water was draining away as fast as we filled it but although the maintenance person came several times it did not get fixed so we literally had no use of the jacuzzi at all!! Obviously we paid a premium for this facility so we feel we are due a refund of the extra money paid for it!!

Superb location, excellent on site restaurants and very close to Caleta if you fancied eating out. Some lovely places in the village too. Airport pick up was seamless. They have a few Avis cars on site if you want to go exploring. On the whole, a really lovely hotel - it is BIG though, so I don't know what it would be like during the busier periods. I guess the hotel was less than 50% capacity when we stayed there and sometimes is was tricky finding a sunbed around the rooftop pool
