The gastronomy is another highlight, with refined restaurants serving fresh products and beautifully presented dishes. I loved absolutely everything about my stay but the only thing I would suggest is that the shuttle in the evening runs later for pick ups :)

The property is brand new and having been to the Corales suites, this did not disappoint. We had a panoramic suite with a private pool you could almost do laps in, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities hidden away. Everything was top tier quality from the glassware in the kitchen to the linens, to the service. The shuttle that the hotel provided to the town was incredibly useful (it runs to the Corales Suites which are 3 mins walking distance to La Caleta) although it would have been helpful for those to run later for pick ups (but there is a taxi rank so not huge deal). The food and service was second to none, champagne breakfasts and incredibly attentive staff who after the first day remembered our coffee order everyday. In particular Ismael and Alvarno by the pool were so friendly and helpful, I would go back to the hotel just for them. We will definitely be going back!!

The room was spacious and cozy. The staff was incredible, so nice and helpful. They helped us to reserve the vinery tour :) I also received a gift for my birthday from the hotel manager which was such a nice gesture. Breakfast was delicious. The entire hotel is amazing. Pool, gym, spa, restaurant...you can spend the entire time not leaving the hotel. Room service was exquisite. We had a lovely time and can't wait to return!

Unfortunately, a few things left us disappointed. The pool staff were not particularly polite, which stood out compared to the rest of the team. More importantly, we felt there was a lack of generosity and customer care. We stayed for 11 days, and when my husband was unwell and requested some bread in the room, we were charged €3.50—even though we had received poor service the day before at the hotel’s Bonfire restaurant. There was no complimentary gesture, only a small apology not even a few slices of bread. For a long stay like ours, I had expected a bit more appreciation and kindness.

Very nice hotel with great facilities! The hotel was only three months old when we visited, so everything was brand new and in excellent condition. What really stood out was the staff, who were mostly outstanding. A special mention to Giulia, Carla, and Irene—the breakfast hostess—who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome every morning. The young chef Andrés prepared delicious omelettes to order, and Fran, who led the pool activities, was amazing. I joined the pool yoga sessions a couple of times, and she was fantastic!

Our stay at Royal Hideaway Corales Villas in Tenerife was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by elegance and tranquility! The entire staff was warm and attentive, always making sure we felt pampered and cared for. A special mention goes to Roana, our waitress during several of our meals. She was a true gem – kind, genuine, and always smiling. Her energy brought such a lovely vibe to each day, and her service was beyond excellent. She made us feel like more than guests – like we were truly welcome. We left with beautiful memories! This place is not just a hotel – it’s an experience.

Just a bit of constructive criticism. You could offer Netflix on a daily charge or at least some films to rent on the TV . Property is quite far up a hill but that can’t be helped

It was a 30 minute walk down to the sea (but on the plus side you got great views). A shuttle bus was laid on but only between 6pm and 8:40pm….would have been better in the day too and later at night. There were plenty of taxis though at around €6

Very modern and clean with a great view from the balcony. The pool area was lovely with comfy day beds and never full during our visit. Breakfast was exceptional with everything you could wish for. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely stunning. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. My birthday stay was everything and more I was even gifted champagne and cake on my birthday which made my day as I didn’t expect it. My partner & I will definitely be back we absolutely loved it.

The location is not ideal and they are having trouble with the WiFi and I was not fully operational till the next day. The air conditioning is noisy which should not occur in a brand new property, hence had to turn it off??

The property is new and very good with wonderful views of the town below and ocean. The staff are excellent and are extremely helpful and accommodating. The food is also very good.

The only downside of this hotel is that it’s not particularly geared toward families with children. While it does have a kids’ club and a small kids’ pool within that area, I wouldn’t recommend it for families seeking full-on entertainment or the typical kids’ pool with slides and splash zones. That said, it still worked well for our family. Our little boy was truly spoiled by the kids’ club staff and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The staff overall were incredibly warm and welcoming—not just to him, but to all of us. Despite the limited family-focused amenities, we had a lovely stay and would stay again with our 4 year old.

Everything was exceptional! This hotel is immaculate — the rooms are stunning, featuring beautiful bathrooms and balconies with views overlooking the pool and the sea in the background. The staff couldn’t be more welcoming and kind. The food was delicious, and the facilities — from the bar and kids’ club to Pilates and the gym — were all fantastic. It turned out to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We were initially concerned it might not be family-friendly, but we couldn’t have been more wrong!
