Lovely good sized rooms, plenty of choice for food. Don't worry about the crybabies who have negative points about the hotel on the review sites. You will enjoy the entire hotel from the food, pools, staff, entertainment and locality of beaches, shops and restaurants.

We came just for one night cause we were travelling around. The receptionists were very unhappy and unpleasant about it, they were making comments in front of us thinking we wouldn’t understand what they were saying. Oh well. I found it extremely unprofessional and was really disappointed in the begging. The water in the outside pool was really freezing. The food was really really good!!

The food was really tasty. The water in a indoor pool was really pleasant (although the pool itself was moldy on the outside).

Watered down alcohol and very limited food choices for vegetarians

Location was great and easy to get to. swimming pool and grounds were lovely and the staff were great. The alcohol was definitely watered down and as a vegetarian, aside from the salad there was not many options.

My room had a walk in disabled shower rather than a bath as per the photos. The resort is rather quiet, beach also a good trek or few mins drive away.

Decent hotel with good size rooms although no air conditioning. Staff were very good and helpful, food was also abundant and tasty. All inclusive was a bonus.

Having stayed in 2022 we decided to again and we were very pleased to find the beds much more comfortable. The meals also were not so predictable. We enjoyed the heated pool although this year the main pool was much warmer thanks to the very hotcweather.

the wine was awful though-undrinkable, MATTRESES ON SOFA BED WERE AWFUL, THEY DEFINETELY NEED UGRADE (they are hard) there is nothing around no bars, shops the entertainment was rubbish (apart from band) the hotel should hire some sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for their customers because if it is too windy, you cant lie on the sand and to pay £13.5 every day on top of all inclusive is a lot

CLEANINESS STAFF MATTRESES ON SOFA BED WERE AWFUL, THEY DEFINETELY NEED UGRADE HOWEVER THE STAFF DEALT WITH THE SITUATION AND BROUGHT US NEW BED AND NEW MATTRESS which made huge different every day beautifully cleanned room the wine was awful though-undrinkable great to have outdoor covered swimming pool huge advantage with the sun and wind

It was a Christmas dinner, variety of the food was ok, but a taste could be be better. Breakfast and lunch could be more variable for that price. There was no entertainment program for Christmas, karaoke only. Pool was very cold, probably it is not heated one, so for winter season it is barely could be used. I would say, the hotel is good for its 3 stars, but it is slightly overpriced.

The room was nice and cozy, it is like a very little house with your own tiny patio. Good linen, clean and quiet. Beautiful territory. Big pool. Nice staff.

Got here late, I was late for dinner and I was provided with slices of bread cheese and ham, ham which I didn’t eat. Morning breakfast was not good choice food.

We went with kids very little entertainment for them they do try but it’s mostly adults definitely would return as a couple trip and would go back for quite family time but not as main family holiday Only thing lacking was entertainment and communication in English

The receptionist with whom I checked in was quite unfriendly. He seemed annoyed that I even showed up. Didn't respond when I said hola, didn't respond when I asked if he spoke English, didn't say bye the next day when I left. The rest of the staff were super nice.

Very cute arrangement of the apartments. Comfortable beds. The food options were great with lots of variety. One of the best hotel buffets, in my opinion, with vegetarian options too. All-inclusive option also includes soft drinks and beer at the pool bar. Big pool that no one uses. Most of the staff were super friendly.

Not much entertainment for people below the age of 60. The jacuzzi has been cold.

The buffet food was very pleasant. Everyone had a choice of their liking. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Open bar had been a huge plus.

It’s really nice hotel with good service, great meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), many vegetables and fruits, meat, fish and seafood, different drinks. Clean territory and room, nice pools. It was great Christmas time with Santa and animation team. Great hotel for adults and children.

we were there over the Christmas days. The team arranged a lovely Christmas dinner. The apartment was spacious, clean and overall good. The all inclusive offer was fine, less choice but better quality than we had elsewhere. Great value for the money too. Staff always friendly and helpful.
