The alley from the road was difficult on road bikes but it was worth the effort. The hotel was charming and it was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Very personal and made you feel special. Nothing was too much trouble

The location was beautiful however quite remote. The host Pauls was exceptional & very attentive. The property and room were exceptionally clean. The bed linen and towels were very nice and the bathroom was amazing. The dinner & breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nothing we didn’t like

I liked everything! The restoration and decoration of the hotel in a converted ‘embutido’ factory were just to my taste. Paula (and the team) were so welcoming to us and Betty our dog. The tranquility of sitting outside in the large garden with a glass of local wine was wonderful after a long day’s drive. The dinner and breakfast were simple but beautifully prepared. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect stopover.

Just the road up to the hotel but we knew about it, were prepared and it was a small price to pay.

Alicia and Paula have lovingly created this beautiful, stylish, and unique retreat in the countryside outside Sergovia. The rooms and bathrooms a re enormous and all are different, as is the lounge and dining area. The decoration and furniture are very tastefully and imaginatively executed, making for a very relaxed and comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast and very attentive staff.Very dog friendly. Would stay again and well worth a visit.

The hotel is located down a track, but they provide excellent directions, and it is well worth making the effort to get there.

The peaceful surroundings

At meal times , the staff were always at the computer, couldn't relax, no privacy, food expensive for really basic food

This was a great location and a beautiful place to stay. We were just passing through on our way from northern spain back to madrid with our rental car. We wanted to be close enough to madrid to driving in the morning. But this location was very beautiful with a nice walking path and a good breakfast.

Extremely comfortable and clean room. Very attractive indoor and outdoor areas. Very good continental style breakfast. Very friendly and pleasant hosts and staff.

Quite and natural surrounding, excellr place for an escape from the crowd. An unique experience after we see so many castles and historical relics. Parking is free and easy. The hotel owner gave very clear instructions for how to get there so you won't miss it.

The shower place does not have door or curtain. Need to be very careful to take the shower, otherwise there will be flood in the whole bathroom.

Perfect peace and wonderful views, bird song and solitude. Staff so welcoming and friendly. Home cooked delicious food. Very pet friendly would again in a flash.

What perfect setting to get away from the stress of life. It's a peaceful place where nothing disturbs the atmosphere. The birds singing in the morning and the charming hosts are a delight. To get there might be a little bit tricky as it's on an unclassified road (mind the potholes) We had an excellent breakfast and came home to a good dinner after a busy sightseeing. The service was impeccable and I would like to have stayed longer. A very comfortable stay.

Everything. The hotel is an amazing place to spend time to visit Segovia and surrounds. Pure quality throughout from the warm welcome on arrival and throughout until we checked out. Plenty of space, particularly for travelling with a pet. Practical, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, excellent restaurant, plenty of area in which to relax and always someone friendly around to make sure your stay is a bit special.

This property was so peaceful and the views were amazing. The property was very comfortable and the decor was very tasteful.

The light outside the rooms was too bright…..perhaps proximity sensor lights would be better?
