Breakfast was in adjacent building, not great choice and poor value. This might have better offering in season or even on a dry day (raining on our visit).

In the countryside, easy to find, lots of free parking on site secured at night. Room and hotel clean, tidy well appointed. Much larger than it generally looks, but we were in off season so very few guests. It looks like would be busy in season with good catering for both meals or bar also with the accommodation. Certainly worth considering as accommodation was reasonably price. Do need a car to get into nearby town or villages easily.

Very clean, nice mountains nearby for hiking, rockclimbing, very good restaurant and coffee too. The scenery around Loja is amazing.Friendly staff and good location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but we were the only people in the hotel and often there were no staff around at all so it was a bit confusing at times. However everybody was very friendly and helpful when we could find them and we didn’t mind being on our own.

It’s a beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms in a good location as long as you have a car. Large car park. Excellent pool area

Beds too hard, resulting in aches and pains and poor sleep. I asked for a mattress topper but there was none. It seems to me that every hotel should have one or two available. I wouldn't return because at my age (76) a comfortable bed is extremely important.

Easy check in, good wifi. Very pretty and well maintained building. Good parking. Good wifi. Nice good size room with beautiful terrace and mountain views. Minifridge was useful. Very nice bathroom with toiletries included. Did not visit the restaurant. Staff was responsive to our needs and provided free bag of ice upon request. Quiet area with amazing views of the mountains. Good value.

The one and only thing - beds are short (for a tall person). Not a deal breaker but sightly inconvenient.

Everything, honestly. Everything about this place is nice. Great feel and design, easy parking (shaded!), good WiFi, great bar and food, really nice and spacious rooms and showers, and very hospitable and friendly owners. If I'd known it'd be this good I'd have planned my trip to spend more nights here.

The walls are not very well insulated, conversations could be heard clearly on adjoining rooms. I think I was close to the lift as I could hear the movements.

Every member of staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food and service was fantastic.. I will use it again.

We felt that the beds were a little shorter than usual.

It was nice to stay in this accommodation. We liked our room with a terrace, nice staff, swimming pool and safe parking. The dinner in the restaurant was also excellent. Thank you.

WiFi virtually non-existent in Room 207 so we had to rely on our data. The room's terrace was lovely but there is a lot of noise from guests using the main terrace below. The spa bath motor was quite noisy and the jets were not very effective so I was disappointed that we had chosen a room especially for the spa bath and it didn't live up to expectations. There were some make up spots on the room mirror. One bolster pillow for the bed and it was quite hard but that's more personal choice.

Fabulous quiet, rural location with stunning views. Modern rustic room with a large terrace. Lots of parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious nicely tiled bathroom. Toiletries range was very impressive. Meal on the hotel terrace in the evening was delicious and we highly recommend you give it a try. Good sized outdoor pool and lots of outdoor spaces. Breakfast is in the café/bar just outside the grounds and we chose juice, coffee and toasted bread.

We arrived off season so were possibly the only guests; which was a little eerie.

Room was fine, the meal in the bar was good and the manager very accommodating, and was expecting us when we came down for dinner which was nice.
