Good basic hotel, but a bit pricey.

Expensive for the location, but it was Monday before easter. Parking for 4-6 cars. All others must park in a public lot by the side of the hotel.

Easy to find on the edge of town. fairly clean and comfortable.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room There was not a restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner, only breakfast but there was a takeaway delivery service and restaurants nearby It was further away from the skiing resort than expected (50 minutes drive)

Friendly staff Rooms were clean and quite large

    Don´t go there!
    • Leisure trip

    • Triple Room (3 Adults)

The advertised, and photographed, bar and restaurant were not open. Therefore, what appeared to be a 3* hotel was in fact only a B & B, unsuitable for our needs. We felt totally misled, both by Booking.com and the hotel itself. The breakfast was pretty awful, the same two loaves of pre-cut bread appeared every morning, just a little smaller each day. Horrible juice and jam. There was no heating in the public areas so couldn´t sit and admire the views. Took too long to get to the ski area as the shorter route was treacherous and totally unsuitable for tourists, so had to take the long way round, nearly an hour each way. Could not get a bottle of water from the hotel. Had to go out to eat. The recommended restaurant nearby was not open in the evenings while we were there. A very unhappy 6-night stay for our party of 3 adults.

The hotel was spacious and in a nice little Spanish village set in the mountains. Good lift.

Ok for the price, but don't expect much.

breakfast is very poor would expect a bit more for a 3 stars Hotel. Bathroom needs refurbishment and air condition wasn't working at all, so expect cold nights during winter.

The view from the room, we were lucky to have a good terrace with a view but there are rooms turned to other buildings balconies and you lose privacy.

Very bad hotel with terrible staff

The staff did not speak a word of English, our car got scratched on their parking and they didn't do anything to help. They were not flexible with anything and the breakfast was a joke. It's far from the piste and you have to drive on a dangerous dodgy road through the mountains. It's an old hotel and the beds are not comfortable. I would not recommend it!!

    Nothing

Lift did not work, no restaurant. Do not use the short route down from Sierra Nevada ! Very narrow twisty icey road, better to drive down towards Granada and back up to village ! Great restaurants in village.

Staff very helpful, comfy beds, nice and warm rooms.

Not for skiing at Sierra Nevada

The location was terrible, the roads were poorly lit and dangerous. It described itself as close to Granada and the skiing resort. If you flew I would agree, driving around there was a nightmare; at night forget it...bad weather forget it... icy check your life insurance

    The price was OK
