Lovely home like setting in the quiet countryside. The owners took such good care of us. As we were pilgrims he picked us up in a nearby village and dropped us the next morning to the start of the days cammino. I loved relaxing in the sun room off our room watching the birds and listening to the cows.

I love this casa rural. Very simple, but very clean and of course with a modern bathroom. Located just off the main road, in a rural setting, with beautiful trees, very quiet, and it’s own restaurant with fresh prepared meals. Owners are very Helpful. House dates from 1600’s. I always look forward to staying here when I m in Galicia,

It was in a lovely rural setting. The property is not on the Camino but Antonio picked us up and dropped us back at the Camino in the morning. Like many rural houses, this one was full of history. It was the birthplace of the painter philosopher Pedro Garcia Lorca.

The owners were amazingly helpful. They collected us from a point on the Camino and returned us to the point the following morning. If I go back that way again as a “real tourist” I will definitely stay here. The food in the evening was beautifully prepared by a lovely lady.

We phoned from our walk on the Camino de Finisterra several miles away and within a very short time Antonio our host drove up and brought our group of five (in two shifts) to Santa Eulalia, a lovely small hotel in secluded wooded grounds. We were made very welcome by Ana who showed us to very comfortable rooms overlooking the valley. We dined in their separately housed restaurant. The menu was simple but beautifully cooked and presented. Great value. Next morning after a generous buffet breakfast we were driven back to resume our Camino walk (and we cheated by getting Antonio to drop us a few miles further on!)
