We stayed in apt 3 which is just above the busy restaurant kitchen and during the lunchtime it is crazy noisy,doors banging loud non stop,bell ringing etc.

The view and the location is just perfect. Just a few steps to the beach with beautiful clear waters. Comfortable bed and very good kitchen if you are planning to cook some food,plenty of dishes,coffee maker,fridge etc.

Maybe a bad luck but the meal in Arenal restaurant was not so good, especially pizza was far away from a real pizza.

Excellent view from the balcony, Free parking. Quiet area, not too much noise. Small shop downstairs with the basic stuff. Good restaurant nearby just few meters. Nice beach witch clear water.

Location is Amazing and myself and my family (we had two apartments) had a lovely time. The restaurant is also lovely and chilled with decent food.

The apartments are really central in Portinatx with an amazing view from the balconies. The apartment itsself is quite basic but has everything you need. The staff were all really friendly and service was great.. food was also great! Nice little shower room available too if you've already checked out earlier in the day. We probably missed having a pool but besides that we would stay again, you have two lovely beaches either side to sunbathe on :)

A welcoming pack of water, at least, and some hand wash in the bathroom would have been good and would make a better first impression.

Close to all the amenities. Nice to have a balcony overlooking the sea.

- APARTMENT: those apartment are in a building with 2 floors, all the apts are sea view like in the picture with a terrace on the sea. - SEA/BEACH: under the hotel there are 2 beaches, the water is so so clean and clear. - AMENITIES: from the pictures the apt looks old but actually it’s new and very clean. sure it’s basic but all you need it’s there, microwave coffee machine ( buy Nespresso big capsules). THERES NO SOAP. NO basics for cooking (salt etc etc) so bring all your soaps for hands, shampoo etc - SURROUNDINGS: under there’s a pricey supermarket, just walk 2 mins away and there’s a better supermarket ( go in the right hand side on the hill ), half price. Free parking behind the apartments there’s a lot of hill.

Position of these apartments was outstanding, quiet, clean and comfortable. One of the most relaxing holidays I've ever had, view from the balcony was breathtaking. 100% recommended.

Beds were a bit too hard and shower not very powerful but these are small disadvantages compared to the great location you get.

We really liked the view from the appt on a silent bay. The rooms were clean and all offer good view. It was perfect for my son and me who went to Ibiza for a short trip. There was a supermarket en restaurant under the appartment so everything was nearby. What we especially liked was the friendliness of the lady of the reception who gave us good advice on activities and we could even borrow her kayak. Thanks M** if you read this, you were great :).

Pleased with everything and had a great holiday.

We have been here before and was really pleased with everything, hence we went back. The location is brilliant with easy access to restaurants, beach and transport. The receptionist is always very friendly, has great knowledge about area, things to see etc. also always there to help out if problem arises as it did when our taxi didn't turn up for our return to airport. It was sorted in no time.
