The walls of the room were really slim. I could hear everything from my neighbours as of they were standing next to me.

The building is beautiful. All the historical facets are still there. The view from their roof terrace is wonderful. Overlooking the sea. It is right in the centre of Banyalbufar.

Rooms are a bit stark.

The location, the terrace with incredible views, the pool, the great and varied breakfast. The staff was super nice and accomodated me with a gluten-free bread at breakfast.

Think there should be a lift , long way down to pool and quite steep to come back up to room or terrace. Also needs air conditioning in bedrooms.

It is a very quiet hotel, and the walls are rather thin. It’s perfect for peaceful romantic getaway or solo contemplation but not necessarily for lively fun. You can request a room with more privacy if needed.

A very peaceful setting with an exceptionally beautiful view! The town is very small and peaceful with a few nice restaurants and shops just footsteps away. The buffet breakfast was lovely. The rooms are small and clean and the patio picturesque. The pool area is beautiful. Visually it’s absolutely stunning! The service was incredible helpful and generous with any issues that arose.

The drains smelled in our room and the bathroom was very basic. Why not provide pool towels so we don’t take our beautiful white towels to the poolside?

I have visited this hotel many times and always enjoyed it. The staff are great if a little stretched and the dinner is always good. The location is excellent too.

The attitude of one of the breakfast staff was a little grumpy. The noise in the morning - we could hear people talk as if they were in our room - which wasn’t great after such a short night.

Lovely opulent building, even though we arrived at 3am there was someone on the phone to let us in. Check in was really well organised with a little personalised note. The room was big with a little balcony and a fabulous sea view. Breakfast was copious and self service.

No air conditioned, no mosquito net, due to the heat, we had to leave the balcony door always opened and by the end of the stay we had ants in the room The hotel had a privat parking area but there was not always enough space for everybody

The only thing that should be included as standard, in every room, is air conditioning which I was told there was no working air conditioning in any of the rooms. However, a fan is provided in the rooms but unfortunately for us, it simply was not enough to keep cool. If you're going to stay during the Summer , I suggest getting a room with a balcony.

The amenities and location were wonderful. Everything was easy to find, no issues at checkin, the buffet service included (for breakfast) was delicious, very good coffee and gorgeous view from the outdoor seating area. Very quiet and peaceful and the pool was clean and surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful flowers with plenty of lounge chairs. The staff were all very friendly and super accommodating.

Parking is limited and remote from accommodation, with a hill to climb, making it perhaps inaccessible for some. Rooms are immaculately clean but lack the most basic soundproofing causing a lack of privacy all round. No air conditioning which can prove challenging in the summer time.

Traditional family run hostal in one of the best locations on the west coast of Mallorca. Comfortable and clean.
