There was a private party happening the evening we were there and you could only enter through the dining area (it felt a bit intrusive). Our room door did not isolate or close very well. The beds were not very comfortable. However, a good deal since there is not really a lot of options in the area.

A table or chair in my room would have been nice, but as I came from a long day of hiking and didn't have much time this is hardly a bad thing.

The breakfast was wonderful and the chocie between three different ones was a great suprise. Additionally, I was surprised at how beautiful the building is from inside and out.

Very noisy. At night there were lots of people in the staff kitchen cooking and eating and talking and kids running around yelling. There is no door between the private rooms of the owners or staff but just a little open stair case and landing. So those people kept everyone awake until midnight. Bathrooms were old and not even a bottle of water or anything in the room while they ask quite high prices.

Lovely old building, nicely decorated rooms, great location if you're walking the GR221. Short walk to bars and restaurants and shops. Good breakfast.

Perfect location for walking the GR221. Lovely and well cared for 19th century building. Room was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with two shower rooms. The hostel is only a hundred metres from the centre of Esporles and several cafes, restaurants and shops.

Very thin walls inside a building: one can hear the lightest sounds.

Nice old building, spacious rooms, well working air conditioning in the rooms and toilets. Served breakfast by a chosen menu. Big amazing patio with a lot of tables and chairs. Good shower, comfortable beds.

We got very cold the first night because our room was below the main property and no blankets were provided. However, when we asked for blankets for the second night and extra pillows, we were given them immediately.

Fabulous rustic property, very quirky and historic. Very well-placed for walking and in a great little town . The room was really spacious and there was a lovely little garden outside that we could sit in.

the location is quite close to the bus station from the palma city, but only do have one bus route to the palma. if you are traveling somewhere else, is hard to get only except to transfer in the palma city.

the breakfast was great, has 3 choices for different groups need, is perfect to have it in their courtyard with the green vibe. morning sun, singing bird, and the planted vegetations etc. good start for a day

We had a downstairs room which although very comfortable and not too hot, we'd have preferred one of the more airy and bright main house rooms. However, we were only there one night so understandable that people staying for longer would more likely be given one of these. It was disappointing that the restaurant wasn't open when we were there (Spanish holidays), as we've had a lovely meal there before on the patio outside. However, the restaurants in Esporles are also great, and a walk around town did us good!

Lovely rustic place, we were greeted by a very friendly lady at the reception, received directions on where to possibly park our car (very easy to find parking), received a lovely room with a tree right in front of us, which was for us gorgeous and beautiful. The street where our hotel room was facing was quiet as there’s a church on the other side (we only stayed for one night therefore can’t comment on facilities we didn’t use) The location is superb, restaurants, cafes, public transport are all within short walking distance and in a gorgeous street covered with trees What we missed in the room? *a small fridge would be nice to keep drinks cool *a duvet in the closet would be nice as my partner is cold in the night

We loved the property in general! Our room was essential but everyday clean and with a very good smell! The garden as well was very nice. The breakfast: mamma mia 😍 And the village, Esporles, is very beautiful. Until 1 am there is people outside of the bar having a vermouth! Lovely!
