We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlthough the cleaners do a good job, they do start early in a morning (I presume when people vacate), which meant that some mornings we were woken to the sound of furniture being moved around etc. The bar/restaurant hours were limited ( I do understand that this was due to it nearing the end of the season though). If you have an early morning/late evening flight you will have to get a taxi to Girona airport as buses are limited. This is no reflection on the hotel, just a warning that taxi prices aren't cheap.
The apartment was what we expected for the price. It was spacious and clean and had all the basic appliances and cutlery for self-catering. A packet with a sponge, cloth, and washing up liquid was provided. Although it didn't have a full balcony, it had a Juliet balcony with sliding doors and a drying rack. The cleaners provided a regular service, changing bedding etc. The location of the hotel is perfect for access to the beach and local bars/restaurants. The reception staff were fantastic. They were so helpful, providing us with any information and assistance when needed (booking taxi's etc). We did hear some noise one night from some students who were staying, we informed the receptionists and they assured us it wouldn't happen again. They checked with us after the following night to make sure we hadn't been disturbed again.

Netherlands1) Wifi signal is weak, with frequent re-authorisations on a captive portal - basically you enter username/password in your browser every 15 minutes, and the connection is not secure

SpainFurnishings a little tired but nothing to complain about. No complaints about the staff, they were great! The bar and restaurant were closed but that is not the fault of the company.
I think it's fantastic that they accept pets. My wife and I were travelling with our cat (5 euro per night extra). Jaume, on reception, was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great service! The aparthotel was fine, had everything you expect. You could tell the furnishings had been around for a while but you could not complain. The pool was open and very clean, a nice area. It's a shame the bar and restaurant were closed (due to covid) as I would of used the facilities.

Perfect location, very nice staff, we were able to park right next to the hotel just for a small charge. There are many nice bars and restaurants nearby you can visit and you can go to a different beach everyday

MaltaCould be a bit noisy in a summer weekend as there are a few clubs around it. However all hotels in calella I stayed before have the same problem.
Near the city centre, near bus stop, few minutes away from the beach or hiking trails. Has also a large super market a few minutes away. The Aircon of the room is a relief from the heat. There is also a pool.
