We stayed 3 nights and we personally love having a breakfast while traveling, it is one of the things we look forward the most while staying in a hotel. Unfortunately breakfasts were a disappointment, eggs were soooo dry (both options), leaf salads not fresh, selection +/-, lack of dishes/caps...etc, the staff was trying yet the overall feeling was that the ingrediences were quite cheap. Storage of lagguages is overprized.

Best location you can get, close to many monuments and areas you want to see in Barcelona. Staff was friendly and smily. The room was cosy and clean, plus was that the TV can be connected to a phone. The rooftop terrase is a nice plus also, the view is perfect ;-). We were happy to stay in this hotel.

Breakfast was nice but not lots of choice and was the same each day. Looking around nearby it was cheaper to eat out if we had wanted to.

Really quiet at night. Room was basic but really clean and comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly, couldn't fault them. A nice location off the busy streets and not far from the metro. The bag lock system was great and really secure and cheap for leaving our bags for the day.

The wifi was extremely slow. I had to use mobile phone network to confirm flights etc as it was too slow on wifi. The area was not well located for restaurants. Some were 'tourist traps' and so very expensive and others very poor quality.

The check in process was a bit confusing, especially the process of paying ther city tax, as the receptionist added up the numbers wrong and we ended up having to pay twice. The rooms were on the samller side, but fine for a two-night stay oevrall. The pillows were a bit too soft. I think the biggest issue was temperature though, the rooms were incredibly hot and we couldn't control the temperature, even sleeping with the windows open didn't help.

Excellent location, close to coffee bars and metro stop. The rooms were clean, albeit not very big. Overall great value for the money we paid.

May be the booking process could be better. More flexibility.

A couple of blocks from the Sagrada Familia... walking distance to a lot of interesting things in Barcelona... good restaurants close...

The breakfast buffet option wasn’t ideal.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful and the location was convenient to the metro and the Sagrada Família. Definitely recommend.

Would have preferred more television options than Al-Jazeera, CNBC and BBC in English. Hot breakfast items were often not hot temperature.

Convenient location to Sagrada Familia Basilica and Metro - simply walk down hill two blocks. The street noise was pretty quiet at night so easy to sleep. Clean rooms throughout. Rooftop has pretty good view of Sagrada Familia, and when the main tower is finished in 2026, should be pretty impressive. Can walk to Park Guell.

We had an infant with us and want to warm up his food but the kitchen was closed since evening and we couldn’t even use microwave.

The location is perfect and also have a very nice staff

Location great and metro station handy. Room quite spacious and bed comfortable. Ideal base for a sightseeing holiday. Exactly what we expected - and better - for the price paid.

They didn't change hand soaps!

The location is perfect!!!Also EVERY day we had new towels and the room was clean!They were very friendly and they didn't tell us anything about what we bought from super markets etc.
