Stuff very polite and helpful. Location was awesome, 10-15 mins walk in either direction along the beach to suppermarkets/restaurant’s.

Bed was not as comfortable as I’d like but that’s just me, it did the job for the week we were there.

Nice welcome, room was comfortable and they accommodated my mobility issue, with a room close the to the lift. Breakfast was buffet with additional cooked options e.g. crepes, poached eggs, omelets. Dinner was excellent mixture of 5 course, or BBQ buffet with a lot of choice. Staff worked very hard, always pleasant and going the extra mile. Location is just of the beach with a access to a broadwalk along the beach, with a car park with free parking.

The location is perfect just next to the beach and good sea views from the balcony. Really spacious room.

The hotel is going through some site constructions in public areas such as next to the pool and dining hall, which is a bit unfortunate and uncomfortable having dinner with some dust coming through. The room was missing some furniture, it was a big free spacious. Old furniture.

I loved the venue, the location, the whole staff, the service performed, the food.

Surely, the plumbing needs to be renewed, and the rooms should be provided with an additional number of sockets and up to date, USB, for example. Despite this, the hotel is majestic, highly recommended, and I will definitely come back.

The location was ideal, right on the beach, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, and we had a good size room. We particularly loved the fact that evening meal was not a buffet but a 5 course meal served in the restaurant. The only thing that the hotel might want to address was the equipment around the pool which was rather tired looking.

Very nice hotel. The whole team is really doing their best to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast variety is good enough, it was not boring and everything was fresh. Dinner is also good. The hotel us not very big, so not too many people...facilities look like a private zone

The Hotel San Agustin Beach Club is located in an excellent location in San Agustin. The San Agustin shopping centre is 5-10 minutes walk (slightly uphill) and you have access to Spar (supermarket), shops and multiple good restaurants. The hotel readily books you a taxi to the shopping centre/taxi stand, if it is a struggle to walk to the shopping centre. The hotel is located next to the San Agustin Beach which is a volcanic sand beach. The beach is not overcrowded and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas which can rent for small fee from the beach wardens. There is a restaurant on the beach with a toilet facilities, so you can easily buy drinks and food. We frequently headed back to our hotel as it so close. The hotel itself is compact and designed like the interiors of a cruise-ship. It was very quaint, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The reception and restaurant staff were very cordial and always had smiling faces. We were welcomed with a complimentary glasses of sparkling wine whilst we were checking in. We were offered beach towels for each of us. We booked a triple room with an ocean view, which had a large bed with a comfortable mattress bed. The balcony view of the Ocean was amazing and definitely worth booking an Ocean-view room. The hotel room was clean. There were bathrobes for each of the guests and plenty of cupboards. On the first day, we had complimentary water bottles, teabags, sugar and milk. Thereafter, we bought water from the hotel or the local Spar. Thereafter restaurant/reception gave us teabags, milk and sugar when we asked them. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of food, with both healthy options (plenty of fruit) and holiday unhealthy options. In addition to the buffet style, you can order crepes/pancakes, eggs done different ways and so on from the kitchen. The 2 pools were clean and good for families. The jacuzzi was lovely under some trees.

The downside is that the hotel is only accessible to the beach via relatively steep steps. Therefore, it would be amazing if the hotel considered constructing a ramp or lift to make the beach more accessible for prams and wheelchairs. Unfortunately, there were only 2 areas with sockets in the room. One area had about 3 sockets behind the TV which was difficult to access. The TV, kettle etc were already. There was one socket on the opposite wall near my mattress bed. However, we managed as we brought multi-plus adaptors with us.

Being close to the beach and walking paths, the rooms are cleaned everyday and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast is excellent and dinner is good.

Small hotel so the facilities are limited. You need to pay extra for the safe and it’s far from Maspalomas (45 minutes walk).

The set dinner, not always my favourite dish. Also set dinner small portions, I was on a hillwalking vacation, so needed calories

Next to the beach and promenade. Very good breakfast with great service. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice pool area. .
