You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaHaving to check late makes problems for me but the front desk let me park my stuff till the room was ready. One place had lockers like at a store to put your luggage. Liked that!
It was quiet which is very important to me. I was checking out the city and 3 other for places to stay for medium term since the USA I find to be substandard and expensive. Nice town, nice people. I loved the big markets available for a bigger variety of food than some other towns in the Madrid area.

SpainI forgot two smartphone chargers in the my room (one of them costed 50 euro). I went back the next day and they told me that the cleaning ladies didn't report anything found. They couldn't call them and do nothing about it, because there was nobody at the reception in the evening (the guy who is working in the restaurant is also working like a receptionist in the evening). They told me to come again the next day, but I had to leave out of the country that day, so I didn't get any chargers. So, just make sure you don't forget anything in the rooms. It might just "disappear" ....

United States of AmericaThere was no air conditioning, which was not a concern as the temperatures were desirable. The problem was that there were no screens on the windows, mosquitoes bit us all night long. Dead mosquitoes were smashed on the walls all around the room from previous guests.

SpainYou can hear the room next to you and the housekeeping talking outside .. If you request online (like i did in booking) repeat it on the reception cause i have a bit of a problem i request it online and didnt ask the reception thought they knew already ... but no ...
