The staff at the restaurant could have been a bit nicer to us.

The pool was amazing, along with the breakfast and the fact that the room was clean every single day.

While lying at the pool, the view was not very good. The hotel is situation alongside a number of not so nice looking apartment blocks.

Hotel Best San Francisco was very well located to the centre of Salou. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We were a group of carers travelling with adults with disabilities, and the hotel was extremely accommodating of this. The adults with disabilities felt very comfortable and welcome.

The air con in my room didn't work very well. There was a member of staff on reception who said that she ordered us two taxi's as there was ten of us. We waited twenty minutes and asked again, she was then very dismissive and told us to make our way to the taxi rank. So we had to drag our luggage to the taxi rank and call ourselves. It would have been so much better if the lady at reception ordered these for us. She was not very helpful. Apart from this I really enjoyed my stay here, this is the second time I have stayed and would definitely stay again. Would really like the choice of a pool view room.

Pool area was lovely. Room was spotless. Most of the staff was very friendly, especially the bar staff. Room also very spacious.

Room wasn’t cleaned daily, to be fair we did have the do not disturb sign out just so we weren’t disturbed during slumber but this was removed around 9:30 at the latest and wasn’t clean the remainder of the day

Food is mediocre, unfortunately, you can easily be left hungry after, just because of pretty same choice every day. Also breakfast is only until 10.30, which can seem early.

Good value for the price. Location is amazing, close to everything you might need. You can get beach towels, very convenient, there is entertainment as well.

It took almost 45 minutes to check-in! Well, it was Friday and before a long weekend. But the management could increase the number of check-in desks, at least in this type of situation. I can't imagine how much time it will take to check-in during summer! It was difficult for families with small children.

The hotel was clean and tidy and there were no extra room scents or fragrances, which is really important to multi-chemical sensitive asthmatic people! Even the towels and bed clothes didn't smell of washing powder.👌 The pool area was nice, there were enough sun beds. We had half-board, which was nice. The breakfast was really good, so was the dinner. The location of the hotel was really good. The nearest beach was only five-minutes' walk away, and there were two other beaches in 10-15 minutes' walking distance. I've got bad knees, but the area was not too hilly for me at all. There was also a bus stop close by, only about 200 metres away. The shopping/restaurant (pedestrian) street started there, too.
