We stayed as they were finishing up for the season. It really seemed like they were trying to use up all the leftovers. Deserts that consisted of yoghurt with random cereal on top. Lots of stuff would run out half way through service. They seemed short staffed and they couldn’t keep up with demand at meal times. I was really happy with the consistent salad bar but the range of food for vegetarians was not great! Finally… the alcohol in the all inclusive deals was heavily heavily watered down it seemed!

Pool and surrounding area was too far too small for size of the hotel. Extremely noisy and hard to relax. Cocktails did not taste nice at all. Public areas in hotel such as on stairs were very outdated. Entertainment was terrible and nowhere to go at night. Not near a beach.

The food during the day can be quite limited. The pool bar has a reasonable selection of food but it is the same every day I.e. burgers, chips and pizza. There is quite a limited selection of drinks available in the all inclusive I.e. own brands only.

There were lots of sunbeds available every day and they were comfortable. The facilities were clean and well kept and the beds in the room were comfy and well kept.

Limited restaurant options and lack of shops in S'Algar. I didn't think the evening entertainment was very good.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious; a great selection to choose from. The room was lovely, incredibly clean and lots of space. The balcony was a great addition, and we were upgraded to a sea view, which was just stunning.

The bed sheets were not soft, this was not an issue, but would definitely be an improvement. The breakfast ran out of Nutella for two days. This was listed as an adults only hotel, but there were many children. The children were not an issue, but unexpected.

Not far from the airport. Beautiful pool/seaside view. The staff were very helpful and assisted with booking excursions. The room was comfortable and equipped with a mini fridge and AC. Parking is free. The breakfast was good. I didn't get to take advantage of the pool, but it looked great and I definitely would've if I'd spent more time on the premises.

My only complaint about the food is the hot food was sometimes only barely warm. The alcoholic drinks weren't of the best quality but I guess that's the thing with being all inclusive!

I liked the hotel a lot. It was clean comfortable and friendly. The facilities especially the pool were very good and the staff went out of their way to help guests.

Mid size hotel. We just stayed for one night, but enjoyed the funny entertainement team in the evening. The view on the sea side is lovely and the breakfast was so much.

There wasn't much outside the Hotel complex, although a very beautiful area we could only find one restaurant/ bar and a supermarket in a small square about 15mins walk. The hotel do lay on a courtesy bus to Mahon and Punta Prima but if you want to explore the islands lovely beaches.We would advise hiring a car.

We were invited to check in early. All the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, especially Silvia, nothing was too much trouble. The all inclusive was good , food, drinks and staff very good. The entertainment was hit and miss but the entertainment reps Danny and a lovely Dutch girl, I think her name was Pulin were excellent, not only were they good at getting people involved they took time to speak to you on a one to one. Thanks to all the staff for making our weeks stay enjoyable.

The food was just adequate and lacked imagination. The Deluxe Bedroom whilst excellent in size had a connecting door( locked) but allowed for a lot of noise from next room.

The hotel is only 25 minutes from airport and facilities are very good. The Deluxe Bedroom had a large balcony with sunbeds. The bar area is quite spacious. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

there was pool, bar and gym. The hotel has good location, town is right next to sea and near capital and airport. It is located in recreation zone so there is everything ou need, restaurants, car rental.

we were all inclusive, food was okay most of the time, however it was the drinks. the cocktails were certainly the biggest disappointment as it was diluted fruit juice with the weakest spirits I've ever tried. The coffee and juices in breakfast were not drinkable, and the wine tasted like vinegar. The food like I said was okay- however the food labelling on all of the buffets was unacceptable. a lot of things weren't labelled, or if they were it was incorrect. luckily I have no allergies but this is a serious thing that they need to get sorted asap.

the property was clean and the bedrooms were modern. Most of the staff were lovely, breakfast hosts were great. nice and quiet area if you are looking for something super chilled.

Hotel, food and staff were great! Good location, lots of great walks nearby....lovely cute 15 mins to a quiet beach cove. We even walked to Mahon, which was a lovely day out.

The water temperature during shower was hard to control. This was, however, a minor detail.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and the hotel had great facilities and available services. We loved the Breakfast and their option of the cold Breakfast for an early check-out was just perfect.

This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. For 200 euro/night I would expect the hotel to look impecable not with old furniture, unpleasant smells in the room and the food to be more than average. Definitely not worth the money.. The cleaning ladies start to clean at 7:30 am in the morning which is kind of ridiculous, no one wants to hear the vacuum sound in the morning when they are on vacation. The walls are very soft so every noise from the other room can be heard inside… The food was not great not terrible, definitely should add more options to the dinner. Vegetarians are very restricted here…

if you are looking for a quiet hotel where you can relax and enjoy a very nice view of the sea in the morning, I definitely recommend this to you.
