Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWalls very thin and I imagine if you have the misfortune to be next to music loving or a loud TV watcher it would be stressful. Breakfast was substantial. The food is edible, but only just, with the only variation each day (lunch & dinner) the chef would cook on the grill, but this always disappeared very quickly and by 8pm to 8.30pm the fish or meat would be finished and not ever replenished, leaving only pizza, chips, pasta and sad looking salads left. A large selection of desserts, mostly the same daily. Sunbeds at a premium with the usual hoggers who would place a towel and then turn up late afternoon. Only one tiny area had sunshine most of the day, the rest of the time is spent sun chasing as the hotel building blocks the sun out so you are all perpetually moving around lugging your hard-won sunbed behind you. It’s the only hotel that I have stayed All-inclusive in that you have to pay for ice creams €3.50 I think this is very cheeky especially for families with children. Other than breakfast you cannot get a tea or coffee in the restaurant, this you have to go queue up in the bar to get. To get snacks around the pool, chips or pizza/salad you have to first queue up at the bar area, make your order, the server then gives you a slip of paper with your order which you then have to take to a food bar area (not next-door! ) And then queue up again, present your slip of paper and then wait while it is cooked, by this time you’re starving.
I had room 326 facing onto the street. It was extremely quiet, no music to be heard. I also preferred this cheaper room, compared to the more expensive sea view rooms as the sun would hit my terrace in late afternoon when I would enjoy sitting out and watching the world go by…

United KingdomGreat place to stay, staff were friendly and the food was good. The all inclusive option also had great selection of drinks and snacks for when you're by the pool. Beautiful balcony views for sunrise. Easy location to get out to the clubs and the airport :)

United KingdomLack of sun loungers around the pool but still some tables and chairs so no need to sit on the floor. €2 for a token to get a plastic cup for your drinks, exchangeable but if you loose your cup or leave it unattended it will be collected up and that will be another €2 for another please.
Good all inclusive food & drinks. Choice of the pool or sea as the beach is literally 10-15 meters from the hotel pool. Great views over the bay. Towels available for hire at €10 each, exchangeable whenever you want. Also supermarket right across the road from the main entrance.

ItalyFor a hotel in Ibiza not having a fridge in the room, I find it strange. We booked Formentera and Javier gave us the wrong information. We couldn't play ping pong after 12 am even if the room is huge and will not bother anyone staying at the hotel. The security send us away and the receptionist didn't inform us of the rules in place for opening hours for the pool and ping pong.
The breakfast is great and the beach front was perfect.

FranceUnfortunately, we were given what felt like the worst room in the hotel — it was awful and felt like we were staying underground. There was a wall right in front of the balcony, and we had to go up some stairs just to see anything. The staff asked for an extra charge to change the room. The food was very basic and nothing memorable. Activities definitely need improvement as well. On top of that, the staff refused to let us check out just 30 minutes later than 11 a.m., even after I explained that my wife was unwell and I didn’t want to wake her abruptly.
Really loved the location, super convenient and nice. Thanks for the staff who surprised me with a small birthday gift. The food was okay, but nothing particularly special.

United KingdomNo complaints but maybe some tourist information to readily access eg; leaflets in the room or at reception.
Lovely view from hotel window and right by the beach. Good buffet for breakfast - which was included in the price and we felt there was a good price for dinner buffet (16 euros) which we had a couple of times. The staff were very helpful. Our beds were leaning a bit but they changed them straight away. The entertainment seemed fine but we never attended it. Enjoyable stay.
